So I have continually asked for PF to get captions on all tvs and I have been told 20 different reasons why they cant. I think its a true shame that a JUDGEMENT FREE Gym refuses to take the hearing impaired people into consideration. But luckily they dont just have a bias with the hearing impaired. Today I was asked to remove my gun from my locked locker because it made the desk uncomfortable. I have a legal permit and have carried into their facility countless times without issue. Apparently they are judgement free unless you are hearing impaired or legally carrying a fire arm. Proud to be apart of PF, keep the judgements coming and keep telling the hearing impaired how they dont deserve captions.

I like all that this new place has to offer & the convenience of a Carmel PF. This location is still a work in progress with a few maintenance issues still under way. However, the staff are friendly and a lot has improved since their first week. Even the guy at the front desk Who on my first day in after surgery in December who said "tick toc..tic toc... because I was walking slowly coming in is nicer. I am changing my rating from 2 stars to 4 now. Bravo OF Carmel

The facility is okay. There are no free weights and a lot of missing aspects of what a gym usually includes. The staff manager has gotten mad at my wife or me almost every time we have come in. The rest of the staff must learn from her because several of them are the same way. It is a negative atmosphere. I am definitely finding another gym.

Clean, friendly, plenty of equipment. The facility has high ceilings and skylights. The tanning beds are what youd pay 40+ dollars a month for at a tanning salon. Its half the cost and better than any gym Ive been to yet.

New, clean facility with rows of brand new machines and a friendly staff to boot. The only downside is the lack of family memberships. My wife and I will both get a membership and bring the boys as guests.

Worst gym Ive ever been to by a long shot. Super stingy staff who are always correcting you and peering over your shoulder. Highly recommend going to another gym.
