I use this USPS location nearly everyday - I do a lot of shipping for eBay sales; the people that comprise the staff have ALWAYS been friendly, professional and courteous towards me. They have helped me locate lost packages - once a customer from Mexico gave me the wrong zip code for to use for his shipment, needless to say it got lost - they found it, took a while but they found it! On another occasion a customer frantically called me to say they had ordered the wrong product after the item had been already dropped off at this Post Office location; I called to ask if they could prevent the shipment from leaving and they graciously did - 10 minutes after closing, handing it back to me through a side door. As a business owner it is distressing to me that petulant people can write any kind of review they want - true or false to the detriment of a business or an individual who is not at fault. Usually this kind of bad feedback is left out of spite for not getting ones way during perhaps an emotional or childish moment. On my way to do a shipment now, just looked up the hours for Saturday and decided to leave a comment.

Called ahead while driving to see if they would wait TWO MINUTES past their 4:30 closing time so I could mail an important document. Hateful woman on phone said NO. Reason? "So we can get the mail ready to go and stuff." So I am thinking: "thats what I am bringing in lady - MAIL FOR YOU TO GET READY TO GO!" You seriously cant wait TWO MINUTES? ! I tried anyway and got there EXACTLY TWO MINUTES LATE. The hateful old woman GLARED at me through the already locked glass door panel and was clearly satisfied to have me locked out. I shouted as I walked out: "This is EXACTLY why the USPS is going out of business!" - Nuf said.
