The customer service might be good when you sign up but when there is a problem it is not great. I had a water leak in my unit. When I went to make the management aware he wouldnt even get up to see the situation. I went back with some actual damaged items from my unit and it was only then he got up. When he saw the damage was obviously the fault of ExtraSpace storage he didnt even offer an apology. To make matters even more insulting - - he said hed call and follow up with me and didnt have the courtesy to do so. I personally would not recommend this storage location.

I have never had a problem at this facility, the staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you every step of the way. A staff member lives on site for extra security. The units are clean and fairly good size for the price! I had an issue one time with the gate trying to close on me, but it stopped in time! Overall I would definitely recommend this facility to everyone. I have had previous experience with this storage back in 1987, never had any problems! Keep up the good work

We were looking for a place to store some stuff temporarily during construction of our retail store. Found Extra Space on Google, submitted a request for more information. Within minutes I was called with a friendly staff member. They provided me with the information I needed, toured the facility and that was all it took. We fillout out our agreement and was moving stuff into our new unit within 30 mins of calling Extra Space. Highly Recommended!

Didnt have any issues until we moved out our stuff. We set up auto pay and it came out automatically the day before we moved out everything. They said they would email me about refunding my money and never did. So basically I was charged $115 for a month that I only used one day out of. Not happy. Feel ripped off. ** Update ** They did in fact refund my money. Was not notified of it however. Thank you for refunding me.

I looked up storage units online and entered my information. Almost immediately i received a call and headed over to look at the unit. Rick was very friendly and immediately took me out to see some units. He let me know the best deal and different sizes of units I may need for my items. Very professional and friendly service. The location is clean and well maintained! Very happy so far!

This facility is well kept. The cost of the unit I rented is cheaper and bigger than the other facility I had. A facility employee lives on site to add to the already good security. This is well worth the money and I can go there alone and not feel scared, even at night. The staff seems to be freindly and helpful and seem to try thier best to accomodate special requests.

Geoff and the rest of the staff are great and really helpful. Especially Geoff was very helpful every time we needed his help. We never faced any problem, never had any issue with Geoff. The site manager, Rick, was very friendly and informative. We left to look at other facilities and decided to return due to location, price, and size availability. This time we were greated by another off the clock site manager. He was also extremely friendly and helped take care of us while Rick was unavailable. Very pleased with the experience!

Geoff was very helpful every time we needed his help. We never faced any problem, never had any issue in our 3 years of tenure with extraspace at this location. We had a store in greenwood wood Park mall, so it was the best and nearest station location for us to store our goods. I would definitely recommend everyone for this location.

The GM Tina was VERY helpful and nice! We got a great rate by calling the national call center first and they hooked us up with the web rate. We were actually on our way to the facility when I called, and by the time we got there, the GM was expecting me and knew we were getting the online rate. Everything was easy to get set up.

Rick was very helpful when I was looking to move my stuff into a 5 by 10 unit. He was friendly. She showed me the unit and told me all the details about how to pay and maintain. He even told me some ways to store my things so that they wouldnt get ruined. Very helpful information. Thanks for helping me out!

Great service! The guys helped us transfer from one unit to a different size unit. Fast easy and no hassles. been with them for over a year and never any problems. I really like the fact that when I do go to my storage unit that they usually do a drive by of the units to ensure that all is safe and secure.

Rented my unit yesterday. Got friendly service from Rick Fitzgerald. He explained all the billing details completely. So far very happy with my unit. Moved a few things in yesterday and going back this weekend to do the rest. The facility seems safe and secure.
