Tammy was super helpful! I had 2 expensive couches that I care dearly for and she had everything thing I needed in stock for them. Floor guard, couch covers, everything you could ever need in order to preserve your belongings. Definitely buy their preferred lock because its the real deal, Ill have it for life. Very clean place and unit. No smell/stains or anything like that. I had forgotten boxes I had purchased after I left earlier that day and Tammy was kind enough to notice I was loading my unit at 9pm on a Wednesday and brought them over to me! Great price, people, service, and facility. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Tammy (I hope I spelled that right) was extremely helpful and very sweet. Definitely was the nicest lady Ive talked to in the office and honestly we were thinking about moving our stuff to a different storage place. But she talked with us about our prices and gave us a smaller storage unit right next to ours so there was almost no inconvenience. This meant a lot considering i am a single mother with two kids. So storage wasnt my top priority and she made everything so simple and easy. I greatly appreciate everything she did for us.

The facility that I use is located at a very convenient place. It is fenced and minitored by cameras. Very clean and quiet throughout the facility. (I have never seen a single trash!) On top of a great discount for my 10 x 10 storage unit, I was able to use a free move-in truck for only a fee of gas ($5!!!!). Very friendly staff and easy process!! Everything went excellent and promptly! Since the facility is located so close to where I live, I can definately utilize the unit. I would like to recommend this facility to everyone.

Good pricing to begin BUT be aware! Follow-Up 10/26/2016 After 14 months of renting my unit, the price is going up again! I am now paying $105 per month for a 10x10 unit! Started out in the $80 range! Follow-Up 1/26/2016 -- Ha ha...after only four months of renting my unit, I was informed my rates would go up 12%. After calling to confirm my surprise, I was then told that in another 9 months they would go up again. Be careful getting lured in by a low rate -- its going to go up! I took off two stars for this behavior.

If you want great service, reasonable pricing, and great deals....Extra Space Storage on Stop 11 (at Madison) is the place to go! Jon was very knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful in making sure we rented a unit that fit our needs. The entire process went very smoothly, and when I somehow lost the metal cross bars for the two wardrobe boxes I purchased (between the office & the truck), Jon replaced them! Fantastic storage place with fantastic staff members.... I highly recommend them!

Tammy at the stop 11, Indianapolis IN location, has worked with my account for a couple of years and her management team needs to acknowledge Tammys assets with this company. It is comforting to walk through the front door and see her smiling face. When Tammy is there working I know that my possessions are very safe and Im at ease. We have been renting, as a business, a large unit for almost three years. We have had very few problems with Extra Space Storage. Usually, it is a billing problem - increasing the cost of the unit too soon at which time I call and the problem is resolved. One time we were unable to get through the gate becuase our code had been reset by their system. The cost is a little pricey but the location is convenient.

My company was looking for office space and Tammy and her staff were able to quickly get me company into a office with very little time. Since the company has been with Extra Space we have always been able to speak to the staff and have the companies issues quickly handled. Esteban was great and was only with Extra Storage for a month and a half. Who ever trained him did a great job. He was knowledgable, informative, and very attentive. The lady that helped me at the stop 11 stayed after close to make sure everythi.g was in line....she for me a better deal on a bigger unit for the same price as the smaller one i was looking at. She gave me a great tour and made sure my code worked and that my unit was clean. She called to double check everything. Best customer service by far. Thank you so much

Lydia the store manager was fantastic! She was so polite and friendly. Im a first time storage renter and Lydia walked me through the process in a simple manner. It was even pouring down rain and she took me to see a few different units. Give Extra Space Storage a chance. You will not regret it. The price is really affordable as well.
