The facilities are nice, and the service is good, but the prices are just too high, and they require that you carry insurance which makes it cost even more. 10x10 is $99 and if you dont get your own insurance then they charge you another $9 per month for a builtin default insurance policy. I just moved out because a 10x14 finally opened up in a facility down the road. It only cost $60, doesnt require any insurance that I dont want, and has 24 hour access.

The lady at the front desk is very nice and professional but also very personable. Thats always important for any business! The storage unit was very reasonably priced and well maintained area.
