These people dont care about your belongings. Its only about your payment. Very quick to bill you but have a door issue or any other issue then youre out of luck. 2 days to get a call back mean while my stuff gets rained on. Its been now a week and Im just now getting scheduled to meet there door guy who gave me an entire days worth of running around and playing phone tag to get told well it wont be today now. Hes already back on Greencastle. I dont have 6 hours to wait no one does. Now I have to change units when its 90 degrees outside no shade and they think its all just cost of business... Yeah my cost. They even hung up when I called to explain and discuss my issue with them.

I no longer have a unit with PSS, but when I did, I had no problems at all. Everything stayed dried and undisturbed. The receptionist that I signed up with was polite and very nice. If I need a unit in the future, I will give them a call. I have recommended them to my granddaughter, who is looking for storage.

Well. If you call this place looking for prices, Donna will tell you that they are NOT on 267 and after she tells you that they are all full, she will hang up on you. Like life isnt crappy enough as it is, having to look for a storage unit.
