4 stars because the storage units are nice and clean with gated/access code security with cameras.... but the lady in the office that answers phone calls is RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! She will let the phone ring and ring and ring. She never returns voicemail messages and turns the phone off the hook. 0 star rating! The owner on the other hand, is very nice and respectful. 5 stars for him. His staff needs improving drastically. I will never recommend this place to anyone though.

I have never experienced customer service the way that I did here. Who ever runs the office, is impolite and lacking sophistication. I have worked customer service for 10+ years and I would never act the way she acted towards a customer and not expect them to complain on me. Very disappointed. I dont even want to give the 1 star but I have to.

Lady in the office is extremely rude. She doesnt answer phone calls or returns voice messages. When she does RARELY answer, she is so so rude. I wouldnt recommend this place to someone who was about to lose everything they owned or put in storage---it wouldnt be this one! Worst service ever. EVER. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

The gentleman that rented the space was very nice the woman that answers the phone ( when she answers) is very rude. I dont recommend them if you plan on storing for more than a month.
