After searching for prices on their website, I tried to call and get a price to compare with similar storage units on the west side and was kept on the phone for nearly 15 minutes before I was ever given a quote. The man on the phone seemed to be trained not to give price estimates. I clearly stated 3 times that all I needed was pricing and each time I was given more irrelevant, detailed information about the facilities, including the ability to make on-sight payments, the managers name, her hours of availability, security information, etc. He also made it sound as if he would be doing me quite a favor in securing me a storage unit within the next few weeks. I was not treated as if I would become a valued customer of this business, but instead as though I should value his hard work to make his business available to me. Because of the conversation I had with the man who answered the phone, I chose to take my business elsewhere, therefore I cannot comment on the actual conditions of the facilities. But if dealing with this business on a regular basis is anything like dealing with them over the phone, then I definitely do not recommend them.

Never do it again! They advertised their storage units as "climate controlled" but only controlled the temperature - kept from freezing and getting too hot. Paid extra for three "climate controlled" units only to find everything in all three units covered with "mold". Infinite paid to have everything professionally cleaned but still had to throw away hundreds of dollars of clothing, books, old photos, business papers and other things stored in moving boxes that could not be cleaned up. Also, had to purchase a professional ozone machine ($460), to treat the furniture after it was in our new home to remove mold/mildew smell. The stuff stored in a local garage during same period was fine. No mold or mildew.

RENTER BEWARE: One year ago, I rented a storage unit from the facility - great price, secure, nice facility. Eight months later they notified me they were raising my rate 50%. And gave me only 1 months notice that it was going to happen. So rather than pay that much, I rented a smaller, more affordable unit and moved my stuff into it. Now five months later, they are jacking the rate up on the smaller unit as well. Again, 55% increase. I guess, I should have looked for a different facility completely. Thank goodness my move is only a couple of months away and then I will be done. I will never be renting from this place again.

In November of 2012 I became a customer. I never had too many complaints about the place itself. The rates were competitive with every place around the area. In July of 2013 I recieve a notice saying my bill was going from $49 for a 5 x 10, to $76. I will no longer be staying here, if the rates are going to go up so drastically out of no where.

Zero customer service. I tried several times over 2 weeks to contact the property manager and the regional manager and never received a call back. I ended up being charged over $200 and only occupied the unit for 27 days. "We could care less," is their philosophy.
