It is located in a location that is right off of 65 highway, making it very easy to access from just about anywhere from around the Franklin area. I live only 15 minutes north. The pricing is the best that I have found. I needed a place to store my kayaks and inflatable boat because my apartment is a bit too small for them, and the 12 foot kayak wont fit around a corner in my hallway going into my apartment. They had a 5x15 storage unit available at a really low price. The unit that I got is on the side of the facility, and the road slants away from the units on about a 15% grade (just guessing). That is good because it directs any rain water away from the unit eliminating the chance that your things will get wet (unless there is a biblical flood, which is doubtful). The security seems adequate. They sell disk locks for only $10 if you dont have one. I would never put a normal padlock on any external storage facility because no matter how good the security is, if it only takes a bolt cutter to get into the unit, it will still cause unnecessary hassle with paperwork, possible court, etc. So do what I did and invest in a nice titanium shrouded disk lock where the shackle cant be cut because it is almost fully hidden when you lock it down. Storage express also has a PIN entry system and cameras at the gate. The Franklin area isnt a high crime area to my knowledge, so I feel pretty safe there. The customer service must only be a few people because I think I spoke to the same lady each time. That might be how they keep their costs down? Anyway, the customer service was very helpful both times that I called them. They even gave me 50% off the first month that I moved in. The web site is very easy to use and find things, like paying rent. Its clean without any clutter, and you can live chat with a customer rep pretty much any time. Speaking of "any time", they were the only storage company that was open on a Sunday when I needed them. Everyone else I called in the area were only open Monday through Saturday. In conclusion, if you want good safe and affordable storage, Storage Express is the way to go.

I love my Storage Express unit......recently upsized to a larger unit from two smaller ones and saved money. Located between my house the interstate or my small downtown area...very convenient is. The interior is intact and was clean moving in. I do find that it important to verify you have a slope down from the door in the case of water accumulation from large storms....but hasnt been an issue for me. Have had no issues with security....seems safe.

YOU WANT TO READ THIS........ I just went to pick up my things from storage to move into a brand new home and both sofas are destroyed! Rats ate holes in my sofas and made nests inside. There is so much urine and feces that the bottom of my sofas have molded. I have only had my things in the storage unit for 2 months! DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE AND IF YOU HAVE STUFF HERE GO GET YOUR STUFF OUT!!!!!!
