Lesson learned and I will be removing my things from this storage place. A week ago I rented a unit, brought a lock from the storage facility, moved my things in on a Saturday and Sunday. By Monday a mysterious lock appeared on my unit beside my lock. I consulted the staff and spoke with Lindsey. She stated that she would notify the manager. 7 days later, still locked out of my own unit, 2 stop bys, numerous phone calls, I finally get a call at 3 pm on a Sunday that the lock was finally cut off. I go out to the unit only to find all my things were stolen. Police were called and a report was made, I was advised to move my things as this storage place has an inside job of cutting there camaras off and robbing the customers. This apparently has been happening since August 2016. I have literally had my unit a week and lost everything on top of the insurance I was made to buy since they stayed that wont rent yo you without it...it covers nothing. This is a scam company and dont use them. Even the police are stating to not use this company.

I have had problems the last 5 days trying to pay my rental. I had the prior company to this company taking over and they were good about being in the office, returning phone calls, etc. I went to the office on 3 separate days and they were out of the office and wouldnt be returning until 45 mins to an hour from when I arrived. I dont know what time they left. I called and they didnt answer. I work night shift and I have been picking up a lot at work. When I get off the last thing I want to do is try to reach someone by phone or wait for someone to return to the office. If Im having to do all this leg work I was skeptical to put a check or money order in the drop box (if they have one- I have never looked because someone was either in the office or responded to my phone call) so I called public storage customer service and placed my email on file so I can pay online. Hopefully this helps people. I had this company a long time age in the mid 2000s and they were awesone..

Well, the management here is horrid, and I dont mean the property mnger!! The owner, or whatever he is absolutely has no care for his employees! I went in the office today to inquire about costs of a storage unit and the office was MISERABLE, and tbh that is not the best word to use. The fella working said the air conditioning was not working and had been out since SATURDAY! He had fans in the window but they did not help cool it off at all! Know that the ONE STAR Is not reflective of Aaron/Adam (I cannot remember what his name tag said!) and his performance, he was excellent, even in those horrid working conditions! Not only that there is an employee that works at this location and her apartment is connected to the office and controlled with the same air unit. She has asthma and it is definitely not good for her to be in this heat. Where is the gratitude for these employees? I wish I would have asked for a number to call and make a complaint just to help them out!

They just recently took over the company that I have a storage unit with. Since theyve taken over they have not returned any of my calls in regards to trying to pay my storage unit monthly fee ( since I work alot of doubles with my job I tend to just pay over the phone )... just went to the store on my lunch break to try to pay since they arent picking up their phones and the door is locked ..even though they currently a suppose to be open 9:30am-6pm ( its 1:20pm ) there is no note anywhere on the door saying how long or why theyre closed and the security gates to get into the storage units are wide open so anybody can just drive in without needing the pass code we are suppose to have to gain access.

Two of the units had the locks ripped off from vandalism in our row alone. Today we watched a homeless person load up his trash from LIVING in the unit two places down from ours and then go back in the unit and disappear inside. We had trouble getting out of the gate and the manager Adam was extremely rude and accused us of trespassing. Our account was fully paid and current, and our code simply didnt work. The first words out of his mouth were "then you didnt pay your bill". Then, realizing his error, he became belligerent. The previous owner of this property was great and very responsible in keeping criminals out, however the new owner and management could care less. Stay far away from this place!

I came in Monday, May 1st, I had to move unexpectedly I was visibly uapset and stressing that I wouldnt be able to find a place to store my belongings. The young lady working in the office, Courtney, went above and beyond her job responsibilities to make me feel at ease. She definitely has excellent customer service skills! I will definitely be recommending Public Storage to anyone I know that is looking for storage!

Lynsey was so amazing today. I came to rent a smaller unit and after I told her what all I was storing she told we I was going to need a bigger unit. I just moved all my stuff in and she was absolutely correct. I would recommend that all my friends come to public storage.
