I hired Rogers roofing in September 2016. The first rain came a few weeks after that. Thats when my bedroom roof started leaking over our bed. I called Rogers corporate office, and told the secretary about the leak. I waited several weeks and no return call. So I contacted the sales reps cell phone. He instructed me to expect a call from an employee name Eric. Eric made plans several times to come to the job site. Eric did not show up every time he made plans. I, like most women work. I had to cancel clients and lose money and Eric never showed. When I re-contacted him, he never apologized for blowing me off. He also told me that he would call me back the following week. That never happened. Eric forgot all about me and never contacted me back again. So, I contacted the sales rep yet again. He told me he would come out himself and take care of the problem. During this period, while patiently waiting for the rep to make plans to come out I , became ill. I had pneumonia in February. I also relapsed and got pneumonia in March again. I contacted my sales rep yet again, and he said theyre still coming out there to take care of it. In April I had a heart attack. I contacted Rogers yet again and begged for someone, anyone , to please come and stop it from raining in my bed. Due to pneumonia two times, and a heart attack, I really need to lay down in my bed. I NEED to purchase a hospital bed due to my failing health. I cannot proceed with that until Rogers fixes the leak that was not fixed back in September 2016 yet. The last time I spoke to the rep. in late April he told me he was busy until the week of May 14 and then he would be able to come and look. At this junction, I was still trying to be understanding and told him since hes so busy, and he has no time to come take a look I would patiently wait until the end of May. But , this has taken a long time and I really really really really need this repaired, it should have been done properly in September 2016. If this was done properly it would not have leaked a few weeks later. And is still leaking eight months later. Nobody has come to my home yet to look at this or repair it. It is now June and there has been no communication from Rogers roofing whatsoever. And I have lost my understanding, and patience. I did tell them of my medical issues. It seems to me that this company has no sympathy, empathy or compassion. I have been through three major medical issues in three months which all require ample bed rest. After my heart attack they told me to stay calm. It is hard to stay calm when youre laying in your bed and its raining on the other side of your bed. I had this leak repaired 8 months ago. I paid for this in full, with cash, within a week of them being here. And it never stopped leaking yet. I have been a home owner for 36 years. I have chosen many contractors. This is the only negative experience I have ever had. I feel terrible about this. I personally choose Rogers because I liked my sales rep. this has turned into something no home owner should go through. I feel as if I do not matter. And that they may never come to fix what they were contracted to do 8 months ago. I now feel, Rogers roofing is a company with : no ethics or integrity. When I hired them, it "appeared" they had values, and pride in their work. This experience has left me feeling like Rogers Roofing is a company with no follow through, and no heart. Its so sad. I really thought they were going to be good. And I am soooooooo sick of contacting them and getting no resolution. No homeowner should pay 1/3 down in august of 2016. Then have the work done improperly in September of 2016, pay in full a week later, just to have your roof leaking in your bedroom on the 1st rain in October 2016.. My roof was never sealed properly. It has been raining on my bed through my 2 bouts with pneumonia, and a heart attack, and a stint put in me. Simply ridiculous. And bad customer service.

I was extremely impressed with the professionalism that Rogers Roofing showed. From start to finish I was treated with respect and care that all my concerns were addressed. The installers arrived on time and did an excellent job. All debris was picked up and the work was done exactly to my specifications. The new roof blends in exactly with the rest of the roof. Thank you Rogers Roofing! Anyone looking for any sort of roof repair or replacement will not find a better provider than Rogers Roofing!

In a few words, I would like to say what a great experience i had with John Rogers and his staff from Rogers Roofing. I had a few estimates on my new roof, Rogers Roofing gave me the best price out of 3 different companies, they were here when promised, the crew that came out to my house was professional, courteous, did a quality job, and left my property clean and free of debris. I will surely be calling Rogers Roofing again for any of my home improvement needs...siding next :)

What a nice experience I had with Rogers Roofing. I had a water leak in my house and immediately called Rogers Roofing to come check it out. John, the owner, came by. What an amazing guy! He checked out the roof and patched a small hole right on the spot. He said I wouldnt need a new roof for a while, but you bet when that time comes, I will be calling Rogers Roofing again! I am SO happy that I called Rogers Roofing!! My experience with John Rogers and his staff was fabulous! John came out to my home and personally did the inspection and provided the estimate. They came out a week later to replaced my roof and it looks amazing. His crew did a wonderful job! I came home from work had a new roof, no mess, no trace they were even there. I will be recommending Rogers Roofing to my friends and family!

Steve Pagana, was a great representative for Rogers Roofing. Discussed all my roofing options, and financing options. The roofing crew was on time. They did a complete tear-off on my home and garage replacing all the damaged wood, and completed the entire job including clean up in 7hrs. Definitely recommend this company.

While I went with a smaller company for a Roof repair to avoid a full tear down, the Rogers Representative was extremely professional. Also in price Rogers was the best for a full re --do. For a full tear down when the time comes I believe I will go with Rogers.

I gave them a check 6 weeks ago and it was cashed. Was told work would be scheduled in 2 - 3 weeks. Have not heard a word! Customer service? Are you kidding me! No stars, but I had to give them 1 to post.
