This post office has the be the worst I have ever seen. I have used the tracking for products I have ordered and it tells me they are at the Henryville post office yet it takes another day to get them and then they are not delivered together. On one occasion my package was left at one of the neighbors who returned as I have when I get their packages. Yesterday the mail lady left my package on the ground in front of the mail boxes I was lucky to find it several hours later. Not everyone is home when their mail is delivered so anyone driving down the road could have just picked it up. I have complained to the post office but nothing gets fixed. Next step is to contact the Post Master General. Incredibly bad service.

The man who works in there really is rude. He isnt very helpful and makes the whole stop unbearable. Should it really be a big deal to buy a stamp?? He also shouldnt put stamps on envelopes unless asked to do so, especially when he puts them on sideways. Wish he made a better impression since this post office is right in the heart of the community.

Was suppose to get two packages on a saturday..the delivery person only gave me one package and did not give me my other package when i checked on the delivery status it said it was at henryville post office so they posted that the receptacle was blocked when it clearly was not..or else i would not of got any of my mail..

I ordered a couple of small things online. The company had package tracking. My two little packages were delivered to my mail box yesterday, according to the tracker. I only got one and today is a new day and still havent gotten the other, even though they supposedly arrived together.

Absolutely horrible. The two ladies are awesome, the man does not know his job and is rude. He ruined a beautiful life event for my family. Ill travel anywhere else to go to the post office!

Terrible customer service. Good luck getting through on the phone, no one ever answers. Drivers never deliver packages, too lazy to get out of their vehicles. Why are they still in business?

this post office does not care about peoples mail or packages. my mail has been left at other peoples houses so many times. they do not care.
