So I just moved here from Arkansas. I have always used the Post Office to get money orders and mail them right off. I come here last Saturday to mail off my rent and the recipient still hasnt received the money orders I sent from the SAME city. I come in today to see what I can do and the lady tells me they cant do anything. I wish I would have read the reviews before I came here. I will NEVER mail anything from here again. I have never had an issue with sending a money order from my hometown. Wish I could give this rating a negative 1. Then the lady asks me if I wanted a supervisor I said yes. She goes to the back to tell her side of the story to her supervisor then says thats what I told her but she wants to talks to a supervisor. I knew it was time for me to walk out before the police had to get involved. This same person I purchased my money orders from, thenot gave her my envelope that included my money orders after I filled them out. Then they just disappeared! I just had to sit in my truck and pray for guidance!

I am located in the Methodist Medical Bldg. on E. Washington St and our mail service has been poor. I mailed a card from this location and it never arrived at its location. Yes, there was something inside. I asked the mailman about it and he said to bad. Our mail is delivered at all times of the day, not dependable. It use to come at the same time each day, not expecting perfection but now it is anywhere from 9:30 to 1:30 when it is delivered. Today I went to check my mail and it was in the box but the mail was still in the outgoing box. Really, we are a business who needs the mail picked up daily. This is very poor mail service. I tried to call the post office about these issues but they do not answer the phone. Trust the mail, not so much...

Terrible customer service!! Ive used this post office for the last eight years & never had any problems with any of the clerks - who are usually very helpful. Recently theres been a new supervisor in place who has a VERY nasty attitude. Any time I speak to her shes very condescending & outright rude. I told her I was not pleased with the matter in which she spoke to me. I then asked for the number to corporate & she refused to give me the number unless I bought a stamp because I had to get the number off of a receipt! Needless to say I will be filing a complaint. No matter what your position is, there is still a level of humanity & respect that needs to be reached in order to conduct a successful business.

Extremly pokey employees, no hurry at all. Mail delivery to my house runs 10am to 5:30 never never never dependable, i have a package that has sat in Indianapolis 46229 for 3 days now WTH?! Not to mention, basic UPS transfers to USPS if i had known this i would have NEVER ordered from the shipper, believing the package was being delivered via Ups. The postal service needs enema get the slow, un motivated employees there,secure with their work ethic, and get them the hell out if there , get motivated employees that can put real time in and be a better service to its customers.

We submitted a change of address a week before we moved. Now its been two weeks and when I called the post office today I was told the mail was "going through the system". What system in todays automated age takes that long to process a change of address? As a result, my paycheck is "going through the system" Do you think my bill collectors care about your "going through the system"? Well, guess what? THEY DONT!

Go to UPS instead. After spending $34.00 to ship a package internationally, the package was sent back to my home instead of to the intended recipient. When I tried to get a refund with a receipt for services not rendered, I was refused a refund. No wonder the postal service is going under. Bloated bureaucracy, overpaid workers. Poor customer service. Head over to a competitor with better service.

TERRIBLE!!!! SLOW AS HELL, and they DO NOT ship mail on time!!! why pay for priority 2 day if it takes 5??? And ofcourse you cant get a hold of anybody, noone has answers, oh and there "tracking" is awful! They wont update anything for days.
