If I could give them a negative rating I would. Called about a package that was suppose to be delivered to my house today asking if I could pick it up due to the delivery date changing yet again (due to post office) Michelle the post master answered the phone and was extremely rude. She had zero customer service skills and acted as if she was too busy just to answer my questions.

I ordered stamps with a Mail Order form. The form I had shows pricing for a book as $9.40. They returned my payment and scratched out the printed price and wrote in $9.80. They were kind enough to also send a BRAND New order form....BUT THE NEW HAS THE SAME WRONG PRICE !

Employee was super rude. I left due to my frustration, and was headed to a different USPS facility when I saw Upscale mail just a few blocks away. Went there instead. Glad I did. Never have to step foot In a USPS facility again.

I think its kind of crazy having their workers delivering mail at midnight after coming in at 7 am. A tired driver is just as bad as a drunk driver. Let your workers get some sleep people
