Needs to accomodate people and be more helpful! They dont let you pick out and fill out their envelopes after you get to the counter, and frankly they should! What if someone doesnt understand what it is they need until they get to the counter? I needed to ship some papers in one day, so I accidentally grabbed a "Priority Mail" envelope. I get to the counter & the lady informs me need an "Express Mail" envelope instead. I didnt know! I hardly ever ship things. Im forced to go back out of line to fill it out. THEN, as Im waiting in line again, I separate the layers of my Express Mail label myself, and when I get to the counter, the lady tells me I cant do that, they have to be the ones to tear apart the label and put it on the envelope. So I have to STEP AWAY AND FILL OUT A NEW LABEL AGAIN. AND THEN WAIT BACK IN LINE AGAIN. Ive learned my lesson. GO TO THE POST OFFICE AND YOUR OWN RISK.

July 2015: Thank you, thank you, thank you Don!! Don made it super easy and totally stress free to return some packages I didnt want. Both Don and the other worker (didnt get his name) were super helpful! Anytime I need to mail something, this will be the post office I use!! Thanks again!!!! Dec. 2014: I have gone to this location several times and workers are nice. Never had a bad experience. Even after Christmas, with a long line of customers I was in and out in less then 15 minutes. Also the package/Christmas present I sent to my mom arrived to her earlier then expected. So no complaints from this customer! :-)

I actually give it a 0 star! These people have came and locked my mailbox for no apparent reason then said they didnt, then after almost a month changed the locks and then gave me keys that didnt work! Now they have delivered my package somewhere else and have no idea where it is! But Tina says theyre human they make mistakes! Really because I have random mail not even close to my address in my box EVERY DAY! So Ive already complained before and it doesnt help and now Ive lost my money since I didnt get my package but I guess Ill just get over it!

shipped samsung s8+ recently and my recipient only received cable and the phone is nowhere to be found...and they not ready to help despite the fact of insurance i have on it....and also sometimes ago my package was returned to the seller having them leaving a notice at door around 2pm to check my package with them and the item has already been sent back early that same morning...having my item on with them several day and end up returning the cologne before putting a stupid late sticker on my door...so painful!

Had order something online and was tracking . The mail guy didnt want to put in mailbox or leave at my apartment was home 24/7 knew it was to be delivered on 8/17/2017 instead mail person lie saying they left note lol . Where?? instead of put in mailbox or give to me to lazy to do a job . Now know why usps is going out of business

If I could give this place a zero, I would. The location lost my wedding invitations and had no idea where they were at. Location manager provided the worst customer service and did not offer any reimbursement for postage or tracking. Will not go back to this location. What a way to spend our tax dollars on a BAD service.

I bought something from ebay. According to the manager the carrier was new and for some reason sent my package back to the sender. All I received was an "Im Sorry". Funny how these people who have no idea what they are shipping or its importance think an "Im Sorry" just solves all the problems in the world.

Good inside people, somewhat rude, but ok. But the delivery system is HORRENDOUSLY FLAWED.......They have nooo clue what they are doing half the time. Have made my business not the best it could be, Ill be delivering everything ups from now on. Your the worst post office ever. Id give a zero if possible

Very rude every time weve been. On the recording it says the hours are from 9-1 and on the sign in the post office says 10-12, which is fine, but the woman there was trying to argue with me that the recording didnt say that. All around never a friendly experience.

This post office is the worst one ever. I have never encountered such terrible service in my life, especially for the location of this facility it has horrible customer service I receive better service at the post office in Haughville. Smh!

I get it; theyre government employees stuck in a low-paying job theyre miserable at. Having said that, the managers here fit into a certain demographic and do not act like theyre trying to get escape that negative image. Sad!
