Just spoke with an incredibly condescending and rude rep who stated they were the manager of this location. Terrence Douglas. I called about a package that was misrouted to a former address. The representative would not allow me to provide information that I felt was pertinent and when I requested to speak with a manager stated he was one. I find it incredibly hard to believe that someone who is of management would have such poor customer service skills. He stated my package was an amazon order and that it might be returned to amazon. This package is NOT from amazon and has no affiliation with amazon so clearly he was probably looking at another order under my name. I thanked him for providing what information he did and while asking a question he disconnected on me. I was never rude nor angry or even had a raised voice. Ultimately, FedEx might be more expensive but the quality of service is vastly superior. I ship frequently and the USPS has lost a customer. I know they will not care but looking at the reviews for this location it makes sense.

The people working at this post office never fail to be rude and condescending! Ive had negative experiences with other people working here, but today was worse than the usual low standard. A package I had ordered wasnt delivered due to no secure location and an invoice telling me what USPS location it was kept at was supposed to be left, but there wasnt one. I didnt have time to call today and came to this location today at 5:30 to see if it was here. When I came here to ask if my package was here, an old blonde woman was incredibly rude to me. She kept asking me why I would think it was here at this location as if that was a ridiculous inquiry, and when I asked her if she could look up the tracking number she huffed and said no. It was really frustrating that she wasnt trying to help me, and I told her I could just take care of it myself. As I was walking out I heard her start talking about me to her coworker. Extremely unprofessional!

I have been in customer service for the last 8 years, and this is BY FAR THE WORST on the PLANET! They lost a package of mine, and the supervisor DANIEL was suppose to look into it and call me back the same day. I never got a call. I called back the next day and DANIEL answered, but had no recollection of me. I reiterated all the information from our conversation the previous day; he went to check with the carrier and see if he found it, and obviously he didnt. It was a $150 package! He not once apologized. I asked him what we do next and he said "Theyd keep an eye out." I then asked in the mean time if I could file a claim of some kind. He said "No." I said "So what am I suppose to do about my $150 package?" He said "Well keep looking and maybe itll turn up. Well, Ive gotta go." SERIOUSLY! No APOLOGY and an IVE GOTTA GO!!! He should be fired. No wonder the post office is going under!

Horrible location. was told they never sent my forward package to new address and lost it. I opened a claim and was told they would look for it after admitting it was sitting in their office. Was lied to about a cyber hack happening and that they couldnt track my package. Pamela the supervisor there admitted transferring my package with out a label....umm what??? Was told by Pamela they would call me back. Never received a call back and this happened twice!!!! this location also has a guy who answers the phone and will give zero help to any questions you have. I am extremely frustrated and will go out of my way to another post office just because of the damage and hurt they have caused and their silly games and lies. Good luck anyone who has a issue with Pamelas crew. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Ive really struggled with this post office. They randomly stopped delivering my mail and then told me I had the wrong address (despite that its the address on the paperwork of the house I bought) and its been a huge mess trying to get everything sorted. Still, they are nice and even came out to see the property and made a house call. It cant be an easy job but my roommate got a lot of inappropriate attitude from one or two of the employees. Its the post office so its not like you can just stop using them, but you may need to do a couple deep breathing exercises before going into this one. However, if youre nice they will be nice back to you. I really think they are doing their best.

If I could have given it a negative star, I would. The service at this particular post office is beyond horrible. I have had packages supposedly "stolen" from my front door, but yet they would not honor shippers insurance on my package. My biggest issue is that I order frequently from Amazon and ever since they switched to using the USPS for delivery, I will get messages saying my package has been delivered... and the package is sitting in a locked parcel bin at my condo complex, but USPS neglects to leave me a key to gain access to it. This happens on a regular basis. Ive complained and complained and it really does no good. Its frustrating.

Great service from this post office after I wrote the wrong zip code on the package I sent from out of state. Lucia and another postal employee (wish I had gotten her name) helped divert it so It would get to the intended recipient. Thanks so much! Update 6/15/17: Another employee, Tonya, helped me further when the package bounced back, created a new label and got my package to the recipient. Say what you will about this post office, my experience has been the best. These ladies got the job done, and I am very grateful.

Mailed several big packages here with the worst service I have ever received in the U.S! Can’t believe it. I understand that my package is super big and heavy to carry. But it met the standard size requirement listed on USPS’s website and I would pay for it. The staffs here, however, seemed unwilling and impatient to serve me. One man grumbled all the time when serving me and he even told me that I should go to a moving company. Are you kidding me? That’s how you treat your customer? I promise I will never come back.

Management proves to be lazy at their job. Doesnt handle their customers with respect and treats them like theyre ignorant. Very upset about the way that I was handled recently when all of my past visits when this specific manager wasnt there have been great. Its sad when your employees treat the customers better than the manager does when we should all set a good example for the people who look up to you. Prime example of why USPS is declining in business.

This branch constantly delivers my mail to the wrong address. I frenquently get his and he gets mine. Thankfully we know each other! After complaints in person and many pieces of mail marked DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS and sent back to the post office to be re-sorted, it continues with no improvement. Important mail is 10 or more days late and causing problems!
