This mail carrier does not know her ABCs or 123s! My mail is constantly misplaced. I was expecting something very important and Lord knows who got the pink slip supposed to be left for a certified letter. After two weeks of waiting I called my ex employer to find out they received the certified mail back as not accepted! I NEVER EVEN GOT THE CHANCE TO DENY IT. These employees who fill in and are contract employees are incompetent. How would they feel if there check was held up for two months due to incompetence! Im sick of complaining to the Skyland division for their bad employees. It is old. They never learn.

I been waiting on a package and a card from CO since Dec 19 th got the card today but still no package mad about it hopefully I will get it tomorrow it just a small Manila bubble pack that fits in a mailbox!!!

I always have a pleasant experience here, and I ship out packages very often. The staff has always been really sweet and even helps me figure out how to cut costs if I need a cheaper way to ship.

Cant seam to deliver mail or packages even though my address is clearly displayed. They put all my mail in a neighbors box.
