Ive been coming in here for 10 years. I only come in once a year or so if I am in the area. I get the same lady everytime, and she has a problem with me everytime. Today she was agitated that I didnt set my already-prepared priority mail packages on the counter. I just wanted to make sure everything was OK - there was no line to take care of. Next thing - she asked me why I was shipping there if I am from Franklin (the guy at Pegram has asked me that, too - Bellevue, where I go weekly for 15 years now, never has a problem with me, and is always friendly. I only live 8 min from Bellevue and maybe 12-15 min from Kingston Springs and Pegram - having a Franklin address does not mean I live in historic downtown, I am actually closer to these post offices. And even I am not closer - so what? Isnt my business appreciated no matter where I am from? The post office is on the verge of bankruptcy and these employees jobs hang in the balance, so you would think they would appreciate all the business they can get!!

Typical small town post office, conveniently located near I-40, with friendly staff and patrons. Would be 5 stars except for the very bumpy parking lot.
