Had a packaging coming and tracking said it was forwarded. I called the post office and they explained to me that they accidentally put it in the wrong bin, and said they would drop it off at my house. Guy that I was talking to was nice as well. All in all very pleased with their customer service

When you outright lie about the reason you didnt attempt to deliver two packages that were pillows, then give my fiancee an attitude over her asking why, you need to seriously reevaluate your position in the postal service industry.

The outside of my package was damaged, no biggie the inside was probably okay. Nope. Because they decided to SHOVE IT INTO MY MAILBOX. Something bigger than my mailbox and you shove it in there.
