If I could give zero stars I would! Never use the postal service to have something overnighted. The Priority Mail Express service is, in fact, not guaranteed despite the deceptive and unethical business practices of the Postal Service. IF you have to send something overnight, use FedEx (which is right down the road from this post office) or UPS. This was my first time sending packages overnight via the USPS. I paid $150 for two packages to be overnighted to a university office. The packages have yet to be delivered (and its been two days). According to the "guarantee," anything sent Priority Mail Express is to be delivered overnight to the addressee and received by noon. This service was not rendered as it was advertised and no one disclosed to me that the package would, in fact, NOT be delivered to the addressee, but, instead, to "someone authorized" to pick up the universitys mail. And yet no one wants to take responsibility for the fact that the post office screwed up.

The people that work at this post office are kind enough, but I cant remember the last time I visited this branch to ship a package without waiting at least 15 minutes for the line in front of me to clear. I recently had to drive to the branch off 10th Ave instead of this branch and had a much faster experience.

I like this location and people who work there. They are always nice and polite. I dont mind waiting extra couple mins if needed. I realize that the employees want to make sure that every customer receives a good customer service. Thank you!

Been waiting a month for keys to mailbox. They were supposed to call when keys arrived, predicted 3 weeks. Been dialing their phone number all morning, and I get a busy signal each time. No way to leave a message or communicate with them.

If you are hoping to have a lock changed on your mailbox, prepare to wait. They told us it would be 3 days and its been over 3 weeks. They are unable to give me a timeline of when this will be completed.
