This post office keeps its phone off the hook, so you can never call. The lines are always out the door, with a total of 2 people at the desk (one of which will be an upset female who hates her job) so if you came to mail a letter, give yourself a 30 minute window to stand in line. Most of all, inconsistency. The mail route can be 10 AM one day and 6:30 PM the very next day, and on top of that about 8 times now has a package gone out for delivery at 8:17 AM, doesnt arrive that day at all and the next day updates to say "delivery information not updated."...well if it didnt get to my house, the carrier didnt go back to the hub that night to end their shift? So they just lost my package?? Wtf?? Very aggravating. Never wished so many people were unemployed in my life.

I have been living in Pensacola for about 6 months. I shipped s bunch of stuff and constantly order off Amazon- unfortunately, this hub is the worst when it comes to consistency and customer service. They will hang up on you, Rush you, become condescending, and lie . They have, on several occasions, just forgot to deliver a package and then go on to say they left a note. They did not, they never do; and now they are the reason that I have a camera on my door step. Thank you USPS, for being the ultimate fail in government employment.

Horrible hub. I had a package lost by them they had marked delivered which indicates the package was probably stolen. They have never delivered a package to my door, they always leave a note in my mailbox even when im clearly home. Lines to get someone and ship a package take forever. Rude customer service who put me on eternal hold when they know they are near closing time. Not enough of a low rating to state how awful this place is.

Losing packages is a regular thing with this post office. This is the third package they have lost in a year. The last one was a 40 lb big package that needed a signature. They attempted delivery one day, left a slip, took slip to post office, now they cant find it!!!! The package was worth $800, maybe thats why they cant find it??? How do you lose a big package like this??? AVOID THIS POST OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Never had a bad experience with the staff, other than that they are often in a rush and are constantly busy. One time, I was there asking a question about wedding stamps, and the lady working seemed very rushed to get me through the line, even though I had been waiting for about 25 minutes. Other than that though, pretty friendly, even though you almost always have to wait in line

They have returned my packages and mail for almost a year now and the address is clearly marked correctly. I have called to complain and they temporarily fixed this but now my breast pump for my brand new baby was returned and I am not sure the company will ship it again for free. Im in tears! I dont understand why they keep doing this to me! Use someone else if you can.

Ive never had a problem at this post office; and todays staff was on point! Very friendly and efficient. I dreaded going to ship a package an hour before closing, but they got a long line of people taken care of quickly. The guy that helped me was super pleasant - so much so that it brightened up my whole day. Thanks for the smile and for being helpful!

This has got to be the slowest post office around. Ive never seen such an inefficiently run post office. They need more staff working and they need start hiring competent staff that do the job. May God help you if you ever need to pickup a package from them. The odds of finding it are not on your favor. SMH.

Shout out to Mr Postman delivering on Desoto Fri May 26. I too was delivering a baby mattress , He SMA ....Thank You and God Bless You ! If not for him, I may not be sending this out. Had it not been for a baby, I never would have delivered in the first place. The world needs more peps like him !

Sold an item on eBay, prepaid label, gave to aa clerk, 12 days later, customer let me know it had not arrived, package still sitting at post office. Another package had no tracking information, I refunded customer moneyand the package got delivered in north Carolina, never showed leaving Pensacola

I have gone into this post office a number of times and have not had a single problem. Where it was purchasing a postage-paid envelope or sending certified mail, the service was as efficient as it could be. I did observe that most customers tend to be a bit rude to the staff, which is unfair.

I travel frequently and the hold mail service is always right on target. I buy frequently online and mail packages overseas, no issues in over 25 years. Delivery is consistent and postmen very courteous. I wish they would be allowed to do some money/banking services. Bank fees are outrageous.

Lost my packages multiple times. Says its out for delivery then it doesnt arrive and when you go to the office, they cant find it. Also like someone else posted. Their route is so freaking late compared to any mail Ive had. It comes around 3:30-6pm and i live 5 minutes from the place.

Everytime I visit this post office theres a very long line & the wait to be served is ridiculous. Also, there was a couple occasions that I really needed to call this post office, and line is continuously busy until after hours. I suspect they keep the phone off the hook.

Been to this post office 5 times and have always waited more than 25 minutes. With 10-15 people in line the employees seem to be in no rush, often closing a counter to take a break. I go here only as a last resort, and when I have an extra 30 minutes to mail a letter.

Staff is friendly but there is always a long line stretching out to the front door. They clearly need a third clerk at the front. Long wait. It takes longer to my mail at my home than any other place Ive ever lived... over a week for items mailed from Atlanta.

I have had them help me with checking my P.O. box when I was out of town. I had to give them credit for helping me. The lines are always long though and never enough help there. Not blaming them though,it is the government.

Horrible! Not the office itself. But our carrier. Mail delivery to a business after 5??? We are a construction company. Open early, close at 4. 5:15 and still no mail. When we use to have it by 1.

Good luck getting through if you want to call with a question. Their phone line is always busy! I have tried calling since yesterday. The only time their phone rings is when they are closed!
