I only gave it 4 stars because who "loves" being at the post office? I read the other two reviews and was worried that Id be in for a headache but honestly, it was a very easy experience. Id never been to that post office and the entrance kind of sneaks up on you so I went into the wrong one initially. As I was wandering around the back of the building, confused, a very nice postman saw me and asked if I needed help. He kindly directed me to go around the block and that there was another entrance to the public side of the post office. Very kind man and extremely helpful! Once inside the postal employee was quick to find my package and very polite. I didnt see any disgruntle employee yelling at customers. Everyone has bad days so maybe the person the other reviewers were referring to was having one. All and all, the experience was pleasant and I got my package in under 15 minutes (there were two people ahead of me).

Be careful with the overweight curly haired woman working behind the counter. She has a short temper and ....She is the rudest person I came across in customer service history! You would think She was on Death Row or something, as we all know the stylis pen does not work so well when you sign the digital pad... After 2 attempts, She had the Gall to raise Her voice to me in front of everybody to sign the pad right.... I just looked at Her like She was crazy and left. No wonder people go "Postal" in these places....

HELL ON EARTH Went to go pick up my dining room chairs here, i asked the short haired curmudgeon if this was the right place to pick up my chairs and she replies, "uh, this is a post office isnt it?" The epitome of a lazy govt employee who cant get hired anywhere else. Sad.
