My postman normally picks up at noon every day. One day a few months ago he took off and someone else did the route and they completely missed my house. I have a home based business so not good when you have a bunch of orders that need to go. It is now going on 3pm and no one has come to pick up my packages so I called. I was very polite, I just said that my mailman normally comes around noon everyday and he hasnt showed up yet and since my house was missed awhile back I thought Id better call. The hateful response I received was "uh, yeah, its called Christmas!". I said well you dont have to be so rude about it. His reply "well I cant believe you are calling up here when hes only 3 hours late." Seriously? I have a business to run therefore you can kiss my @ss and I hung up. Oh how I wish Id gotten that @ssholes name. The Spring Hill location is very rude. Im actually quite surprised that they even answered their phone. Last Summer I went in to inquire about what would be the most cost effective ways for me to mail items for my business and was told by a woman who worked there that I needed to read the website. The office in Columbia, TN. is the complete opposite. Columbia has a very great, friendly and helpful staff but EVERYONE I have encountered in Spring Hill are mean and hateful. I am so upset by the lack of their professionalism that Im on google leaving a review and everywhere else I can think of. If you can avoid this post office do it. Go to Columbia where they know what customer service is.

I had 2 packages with tracking numbers (that I was suppose to receive) that went missing. The USPS We Sight said they were delivered at my Mail Box, but I never got them. I went to the Spring Hill Post Office (Where Our Mail comes to to get delivered) to talk to someone, but no one has ever called me or made any attempt to let me know anything. I think my packages were delivered somewhere else and their afraid to go retrieve them. If I could I would rate them several negative stars if I could. I stopped by again on September 3rd, 2015 to give them a copy of the Police Report I filed and the Clerk said they had no responsibility for either misdirected or mail theft. Is it still a Federal Offense to either tamper with or steal mail??? Where did they find the Postal Workers?

Mailed out 5 scent samples from my candles and so far 2 of the people have messaged me saying that the envelope was delivered with the end tore open and the samples missing!!! SMH all were mailed out from #SpringHillPostOffice going to other places in TN and out of State! Its pretty bad when you can not trust the Mail people!!

This is one of the worst USPS facilities ever!!! I have had numerous packages lost and undelivered!! They do not care and cant be bothered to help you at all!!!! I mailed out a returned item with postage paid and found out a week later it was still sitting at the Spring Hill post office....what kind of operation is this?????

This post office is the worst. About once every couple weeks I get all of my neighbors mail. I even put a nice size piece of paper taped inside with my name and address on it. They still screw it up. I will be calling them tomorrow because this has to stop. I dont know what I could be missing.

USPS states they delivered my package to my mailbox but did not deliver anything. Ive been attempting for days to get in contact with someone who will help me but half the time they dont answer any calls. No body wants to help. The attitude is just "oh well sorry."

Mailing out a very large set of packages and was forced to leave the building at 4:29pm instead of them allowing me complete my large transaction. I arrived at 4:15 in plenty of time to get the packages sent out and no one was in line in front of me.
