I came in from another city to get a certain USPS service. Of course as luck would have it, the internet was down at the Evansville USPS and I was on a time crunch. Paul and Christy were extremely helpful though, and came up with an effective solution. Paul followed up with a phone call later that day to tell me my info had been processed and that their service was up. While the lack of tech service was frustrating and could have made my 3 hr trip a complete bust, Paul and Christys outstanding customer service certainly helped to make up for the lack of internet service. Thank you for your professionalism!
