Well lets see. 1) there was a good two month time period where I received zero mail 2) that has happened twice in a four year time span 3)when calling the office, the lovely rude lady thought it would be professional to try and blame me for not contacting them sooner. 4)mail comes at 1:00 pm like clockwork... Except on Fridays when I guess our route gets skipped. So any check Im expecting on Friday might be delivered the next Friday or two months from Friday. 5)apparently having an address # on your building and your box doesnt qualify you to receive your mail. Instead, you must violate your privacy and put your information on the box as well. (A lovely rude lady informed me of this when a new delivery person was put on my route and I wasnt receiving my mail. She said he was doing his job properly. When going to look at neighbors mailboxes filled with mail and no info besides the address, I was clearly giving wrong info) 6)why do we even pay taxes and why do we even need this service? FedEx and UPS can do your jobs more efficiently! 7)wondering wheres my mail is today is like a kids board game that was never published. 8)fix yourselves! Expeditiously

Very inconsiderate mail carriers... I called the post master a couple years ago, we had a good mail carrier before he retired and from then this lady carrier has been bringing mail late 6pm 5:30pm. Then on top of that my mail b in different locations not my mail box, I get others mail I have to walk or drive mail to other peoples mailbox we exchange mail all the time.. Only thing they do is apologize and it dont get no better,, I didnt even want to give it one star but I had to just to write how lazy these carrier are... The lady carrier told us to call because she needed a break... How about that... Smh

Our mail Carrier Ms Carolyn is very kind and sweet, she is also considerate and rings the bell before leaving a package on the front porch. The USPS office staff on West End Ave however, leave much to be desired. I hate to feel like I am not valued as a customer and since people feel like they have secure jobs they treat the very customers that keep them employed like dirt...... This goes out to Ms Renee who answered the line today, thanks but no thanks.

Worst mail delivery in the world. Sometimes there is no delivery at all. Flyers used to come every Tuesday, now sporadic. If mail does arrive, its very late like 8 pm. I get 5 magazines a month. Now only 2 arrive. I keep getting neighbors mail. 20 years of credit card statements at beginning of month......missed last 2 months.

David M. is our mail carrier (on West Highland). He is amazing. Always friendly and with a smile on his face. We get a LOT of packages throughout the year and David never complains even though I know it is a hassle. We so appreciate him and all of his hard work and dedication! David you are the best!

Our mail carrier is great,very polite, happy and considerate. Yes,our mail comes later in the day, but someone has to be last. He has a large route. I felt bad for him on that big blowing snow day, and he said it was just part of the job, He puts his head down and goes. Ireally appreciate Cortez.

This is the worse post office ever! Two of my packages were stole today! How could my packages be stolen. When the key to the packages were in the mailbox. Once I tried to open the mailbox it was already open. If I could give this post office a 0 I would!!!!

Waited on a package that was out for delivery never got it called the post office to see where my package was... they hung up on me the first time second time was told to call in the morning.. wtf if my package was out for delivery how come didnt i get it

Rude employees. They never answer the phone. When they do they are rude and ignorant to customers. I will definitely make sure none of my online purchases have to come through this post office again!
