Welp, I paid for 2 day shipping from a location thats about an hour and a half away. Leave it to the government to screw that up. I live in an apartment complex, and I get my neighbors mail all the time. These folks are slow, inaccurate, and mostly incompetent. If you can avoid the USPS, do it at all costs - youll be way, way better off. I would rate it lower than 1, if I could. Thanks USPS, for nothing.

This place gets 0 stars. They delivered 3 of my packages from Christmas to my old address even though my mail has a forward mail to my new address. Whats the point of getting your mail forwarded if youre going to deliver it to my old address anyway?!!! The supervisor there (Eileen) made minimal attempts to retrieve my packages and have not heard anything for weeks. Worst post office ever!

I used to sell a bunch of stuff online and would frequent various post offices and the Schererville post office has some of the friendliest staff. Danny should be the spokesperson for this place; hes friendly and makes the trip to this post office a pleasant one. I mostly use the self-service kiosk nowadays as it is very convenient and theres never a line for it.

Ridiculous. Rude. Unreliable. Ongoing numerous problems for years and despite numerous complaints it continues. I cant even order from an online merchant and count on receiving my items. They even input false tracking info saying it was delivered when it wasnt. Why do they still have jobs?

Our postlady never comes to the door...she just leaves a slip saying we were not home. We walked out there one time and sure enough had the package on her truck. It happened again and I WENT IN AND COMPLAINED..NOW I HAVENT RECEIVRD MAIL IN 5 days! And I am waiting for important mail!

Very busy location. Always lots going on here. Professional staff get you helped and through the line in a jiffy. Theres even a 24hr self service station for after hours parcels that need shipping.

Less than 1 star! Poor home mail service. I live in Foxwood South subdivision and have not been getting my mail until 6:00-6:30 pm daily. This has been going on since November. What the heck!

Called 12 time and each time the phone rings for 10 minutes with no answer. I just need to know if I can apply for a passport there. This place is bad even by post office standards.

Are they really that lazy to deliver prime packages on Sunday? Other people have to work Sundays, dont complain and just do their jobs. Is that too hard for your workers to do?

Never answer the Phone cant seem to get the packages delivered on time, pay for two day ends up being four plus, why not any negative stars?

Never answer phone or deliver 2 day shipping packages. Sunday amazon deliveries NEVER happen. Terrible.
