Because my landlord put a sign in my yard saying "coming soon home for rent" my carrier took it upon himself to stop my mail and send it all back to the sender! If he would of also read the sign it said Do NOT disturb occupants. I was still living there until this past Tuesday! We had a U Haul truck there on Sunday to move all of my big stuff to the new place however I was not completely moved out until Tuesday and did not change my mailing address yet because I was waiting for a check to come in the mail. Several days went by without me receiving any mail. I tried calling the post office many many times with no answer. I filed a complaint with the USPS and they gave me a number to call... The man I spoke with Bream Wilson was a complete jerk and very unprofessional chewing food in my ear the whole conversation. He would not give me the carriers name who delivered my mail daily and took it upon himself to stop my mail. These people had absolutely no right to stop my mail and return it to sender with out my permission. Now they have put my new home in jeopardy because they sent my rent check back to my employer!! Its a holiday weekend so therefore it could be 2 weeks before I am issued a new check! They get ZERO STARS on all levels from me!

ZERO STARS! This has been my post office on and off for over a year (two separate residences) and they have lost packages, delivered packages to my neighbor, and havent delivered packages to my front door when I was home. I have escalated things past the postmaster but never have received compensation or a "sorry" for my grievances. They are the epitome of bad customer service--both on the phone and in person. The mail carriers never deliver packages to your door. I almost missed important wedding packages because the carrier didnt come to my door. I waited all day to receive and the carrier decided not to come to my front door but to send it back to the post office. Just recently they put both keys in a parcel locker so I cant get my package. I really dont understand why they have so many issues and wish they could get t together because they will be my post office until August.

Mike is one of the rudest men I have ever met. He refuses to serve my husband, to the point where my husband will not go in without me. Mike is pleasant enough with me, even flirting with some of my friends when they were with me. But God forbid my husband is there; Mike will be openly rude to the point that other customers comment to Mike about his behavior. Mike will then just walk off and stop serving everyone. I have no problem with the rest of the staff, they all help as quickly as they can and answer any of my questions. But please. Fire Mike. Because his behavior is inexcusable, and the fact that multiple people have problems with him as well shows that he should not be in his job anymore.

A bunch of affirmative action rejects with zero accountability. If you need to file a damaged package claim you only can go online and of coarse the website is ALWAYS down. The clerk/manager I spoke with even admitted the website is down more than not. The letter carriers that work there are slow and incompetent. Many times I received mail that was going to my neighbors. One very cold winter day(10 above) the ma carrier even through a dozen envelopes on the snow covered sidewalk! I had to finish delivering the mail in my neighborhood for this loser! I WANT USPS TO FAIL AND NOT GET BAILED OUT! I will use FedEx and UPS from now on.

Mike is always rude and unhelpful. Customer service isnt to be found here. Youre a number and youre just being "processed" here. Its one thing to go into a place and not have an experience and its a whole nother thing to go into a place and have a horrible experience and feel bad. Why not be friendly? Are government jobs and pay that bad??? Sheesh. Oh and their handicapped door opener was broken for the longest time. They didnt fix it until a month later even though I called to complain. It isnt acceptable to have it take that long. All disabled people should have access to a government building!!!

Continued lost packages!!! It is impossible to get help when calling. Called at 8:45 am and told I have a 1 hour wait time! The item was bought on amazon and shows delivered in my mailbox. I went out there and it was not there!!! Meaning that it was delivered to the wrong address. This is a huge complaint and many neighbors have experienced same problems. Redelivering mail that was muss delivered from another street just the same numbers. If the postal working was not on her blue tooth while delivering mail in sure these things wouldnt happen so often. This is my 3rd lost package!!!

Worst service from Tunisa...I was there before 10am she goes we not start till 10 am ..so I left and ran my errands..came back after 10 am Tunisa goes I should go to different locations .its ONLY 15 mins aways...???? She said she short on stuffs today .And she has 8 costumer in line....What is this ?? Am I a costumer ??? She said she had 3 people call off today .Well is your job to get pay 16 per hour. From my tax okay? I will have to pay for passport fee too. So I say NO .Im not going anywhere ...she went and get her supervisor .She was nice and said stay in the line....

Really really bad service. The mail persons dont pay attention to the address at all. Two packages with same address, one is delivered and the other is not due to "undeliverable as addressed". The customer service really sucks, A person named MIKE donno how to talk at all and is rude . If there is any other person or manager, i would even complain about him. Really bad service & if there is rating like -5 i would give that.

I mail Priority packages from this location on a regular basis to my son in Los Angeles. I have yet to have a problem. The kiosk is always stocked with Priority boxes and mailers whenever I have been there. The counter employees are friendly and helpful. Our postal carrier is out of this location and she is exceptionally friendly and willing to do what needs to be done to deliver the mail in extreme weather.

I have constant problems with my mailed being returned to sender because the mail person keeps trying to deliver my mail to an address that is similar to mine. The only difference is I live on Circle and they keep going to Drive. All the mail person has to do is PAY ATTENTION to the ENTIRE address. I am so frustrated. I have called numerous times and it still happens.

Whats with this post office. They never even try to deliver a package. They always take it strait to the leasing office if Im lucky or they just keep it there and leave a note. "Im home just knock on the door!!!!" I dont want to have to waset the gas to drive all the way to the post office opposite from the direction I always travel.
