Constantly mixing mail up between the entire neighborhood. Ive had to call and complain several times about carriers throwing packages several feet onto my porch or against the glass of my storm door. Several times they have not even attempted to deliver packages and marked them as attempted to be delivered. And most recently my carrier wont stop for scheduled pickups. I HATE using the USPS. I avoid purchasing items that are shipped through USPS so I dont have to deal with them.

I ordered a leatherman off of amazon, had my other mail delivered but not my amazon package. Ive had zero luck talking to anyone who cares at their office in danville. I dont think this Is how customer service is supposed to be handled. Ive been scammed out of $85 thanks.
