I have Amazon prime and get two shipping. I have been expecting my package today and even though I have a long driveway, Ive never had any problem with other carriers. Ive been home all day, constantly checking the mail for a late Valentines gift. I watched my mailman stop at my mail box and drive off, and when I went to my mailbox I recieved a pink slip saying my number wasnt my house. He didnt even come down my driveway and the parcel should have been small enough to fit in the mailbox anyway. Now I cant exchange gifts with my long distance s/o and have to wait 3 days to pick up my gift, and another two weeks to see him again. Thanks to them, my Valentines has been ruined.

Got one package I ordered online the other day. 6 small light bulbs. When I got the box it looked like a huge dog chewed the end completely off the box. Im completely surprised the items were all still in the box. They made no attempt to tape it up to secure the items from falling out or becoming lost. Also had a box go MIA the other day that I had ordered from Amazon. USPS said it was delivered. No sign of it anywhere. Thankfully there are companies like amazon that TAKE CARE of their customers. The post office could learn a LOT from amazon..oh wait..yeah thats right..its the government...never mind.

If its to big to fit in the mailbox the USPS driver will not deliver it, this will make the seventh package this year I will have to go to the post office to pick up. They leave a note on the mailbox stating no one was home for the delivery which is bull... Ive even walked out the door to meet them in the driveway and had them drive off. Im getting tired of the post office who ignores complaints and keeps incompetent employees.

Dont bother calling. Understaffed customer service always has an hour wait for an agent. EDIT!!! Their manager Micah will go out of his way to do the least and gladly waste your time. Like other have mentions, I will specifically be avoiding this company and using other resources. Consder new management and perhaps it will shape up there.

I paid for two day shipping, its been three days now, they have the package, and the proper address is on the label, yet they keep delivering to the wrong location. I have to go to the post office and pick up the package now because they cant do their job properly. The office theyre taking it to is completely a different address

I wish there was a ZERO option. There is never enough staff to address the number of customers. There has been one employee working the last 8 times Ive been here. I feel just as bad for them as I do the customers that have to wait an hour to send a package. Ridiculous.

Lost 3 packages of mine now. I received a call about one "priority" that was going to be looked into...lol 8 tries back to no one would talked to me after they acknowledged it had been scanned in, is there nothing that can be done about the post just stealing mail?

Cheryl, my mail carrier is fantastic! She goes above and beyond to ensure my packages are handled with care. If I have a package, she leaves it on the porch and puts a note in my box to let me know. She is always friendly and on time. Bowling Green, KY 42103

They left a notice in my PO box that they could not deliver my package. I dont understand, why couldnt have just been left in the PO box like all my other packages are? Not to mention they never answer the phone. Good luck trying to get help.

Use UPS, FED EX anything but the USPS. Poor customer service. No one answers the phone. And if they leave a package in the wrong PO box. Forget ever seeing it again and hope you have insurance. They need to out source the whole USPS!!!!
