Growing up going to Chicago Post Offices has made me dread going to any post office but New Buffalo post office has made going to the post office a pleasant experience. The employees are professional and friendly and dont roll their eyes when you ask for help or information. Thanks for making my post office experience a good one.

Called over 3 hours after they closed on an off chance someone might have stayed behind to see if a package had come in for me. They let me come in and pick it up!
