These people have horrible customer service. When I first moved here, they messed up my address (changed it back to my old address all on their own without my consent) so I had to end up changing it multiple times to get it correct. Their hold mail service is ridiculous. They have delivered letters to me when I asked for them to be held, and then today, when everything including a few Christmas presents for my children were supposed to be delivered, nothing was brought. I called the office to find out what was going on, the carrier said she forgot, which wasnt a huge issue except for the lady I was speaking to on the phone acted like it was no big deal (its 2 days before they close for Christmas and I have items coming for my children that I need to make sure make it here). She was rude to me throughout the conversation and generally blew me off, eventually stating that I just called to complain and she hung up on me.

Today makes the 5th, thats right, 5th time that this post office has lost a product that I shipped to a customer. That means I have had to ship a second item 5 times because I actually care about my customers. This post office has the worst customer service and at this point I have decided that they are stealing or casually "losing" our packages..... I guess technically they didnt lose one of them, it just had a rip in the package just large enough to get the item out. We know this because the customer sent us a picture of our letter, packing slip, and business card WITHOUT THE PRODUCT! But hey, they have no reason to try and satisfy their customers, after all its government work....

If you want your mail dont get too excited. I have had mail delivered to my house that does not belong to my address so many times that I have a bright pink sticker inside my mailbox to remind them of my address! Yesterday I had a large package delivered to my house that belongs on a different street let alone a different house number! When I called they wanted me to confirm it was not mine and advised that I could just deliver it to the right house. How many things do I not get because it gets delivered to the wrong house and that person throws it away???

These people are HORRIBLE! I had a hold mail request and who knows what they did with my mail! They just keep passing the bucket to someone else! They say maybe its out for delivery! its not out for freakin delivery!!!! It never was! When I see the post man at my neighbors I ask him if he has any mail for me and HE NEVER DOES and I know Im getting mail, I have BILLS!!! Ugh! These people need to be FIRED! all of them! my mother sent me things in the mail and I NEVER get them!!!! Killin me! I wish I can just go through another branch because they SUCK!

I had a great experience at this location. I was sending a package to my sister ( 2000) miles away for her birthday, Well it was going to cost me about $28.And up to 7 days for delivery..(Im here on Tuesday am) So the gentleman who was helping me suggested a flat rate box and delivery! Awesome! We got it into a smaller box and then did the total on it! Ready?? $13.60, plus it will arrive on her birthday!! Thanks so much for your time and help, I love the post office in Plainfield IN!!

This post office does have horrible customer service. I called to ask/let them know that my mail hadnt been picked up in two days. The lady then proceeded to make numerous excuses, all of which were speculations, and also told me that getting our mail picked up is a courtesy. Not once was there an apology, or let me check into that and we will make sure to get that picked up for you. A simple, "Im sorry about that" would have sufficed, but the lady immediately got an attitude.

I do not personally have my mail delivered by this post office as I dont live in Plainfield. Often times I do drop packages off here as an eBay seller and have always experience a short wait time with great customer service. Surprisingly much better than my local small post office most of the time which is rather surprising

Usually a long line, not a "full service" Post Office (no passport services). Parking lot is a poor design with mail collections at the exit. They need more help at the counter & an updated facility.
