Worst postmaster ever! I have NEVER had such a hard time, these are such incompetent people! Twice my mail had been returned to sender, i called this office the first time it happened since they are the post master that handles my mail. A gentleman answered and he could not figure out what the problem was however somehow after that call i started getting my mail again with no problem. Almost a year later i stop receiving IMPORTANT mail, like my vehicle registration renewal notice, my actual registration got returned, my CPR license. THESE ARE VITAL DOCUMENTS TO ME. I got everything else in the mail BUT the important paperwork. I called this dog gone office again and the woman who answered (with an attitude problem right off the bat) first tells me i need to check my mail more than once a month. SERIOUSLY?! I check it twice a week, because i happen to receive important documents in my mail, why would i check it once a month???!!! So she put me on hold for 10 minutes!!! Finally she comes back stating there is a note by the lazy a$$ mail person that states all the mail she puts in my mail box gets returned with a written note of "Not at this address". I tried to explain that i have received a handful on mail that has MY address but it is NOT addressed to me, it is addressed to people whose names dont even remotely sound like mine. Last i checked when you get mail at your address with someone elses name you write a note on the envelope stating "not at this address" so the sender updates their records and stop sending you somebody elses mail. It is a basic HIPPA measure. I NEVER return anything in my name, not even junk mail. What kind of lunatic does she take me for? Why in the hell would i send back my personal mail?! I wonder if she even realized how stupid that question was? So the woman on the phone becomes irate and didnt seem to grasp such a basic concept. What kind of ignorant people are they hiring at this USPS facility??? I have lived in FIVE different states and i had NEVER had an issue with USPS until now in TN. The fact that irks me the most is that it is the vital documents i need for work and for my personal life that are being returned. Everything else makes it to my mail box. I will find out who oversees this particular office, i DETEST incompetence.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had at a post office. I brought my package up to the lady working at the desk & told her I wanted to ship my package the cheapest way possible. She responded with "we dont provide labels, or tape, thats all on you." Then she waved me on. I explained that I just didnt know which label to use so that it wouldnt be expensive. She then said "we dont do any of that. You have to bring your own tape & your own label unless you want to do priority mail, but thats like, $7.00". I was so shocked that I didnt even know what else to say. Ive done the exact same thing at countless other post office locations, & Ive always received help. I wouldnt advise visiting this office unless youre looking to get frustrated.

Ive had two packages lost through this post office even though they post that the package was delivered when it wasnt. And they constantly drop off packages at the wrong houses on the wrong streets. Im out about $500 in lost packages that were never delivered when this crooked post office full mrons and theifs said they were delivered

Linda gave outstanding customer service. At my request she corrected the old address that I mistakenly put on pkg & rerouted it to the appropriate post ofc. Otherwise pkg would have been returned to me, $16 down the drain...whew. Thx Linda, yourre the BEST!

What problems dont I have?! Lost mail, returned mail for no reason, mail thats not mine. It happens a lot. Coming from someone who worked downtown for a long time and never had these issues, its very frustrating.
