As a college student who has to spend money very wisely, I dont appreciate the carelessness about my package. I ordered a piece of equipment I needed for a class and it was never delivered. My seller through Amazon got back to me immediately saying the post office had it. They had it scanned in the building and everything. After 4 stops to the post office, I had little to no help. They admitted having it a losing my package and then suggested filing a claim through USPS, but it absolutely doesnt help, because the packages must be insured to even file a claim (which is extremely rare for the majority of items). After another visit, this Post Office basically wants me to contact my seller to complain about a undelivered package and try to get them to send me another when in NO WAY is it this sellers fault and I refuse to blame the seller who did everything they were supposed to do. I will no longer be using this post office for my packages as there isnt even a way for me to get a refund.

I am having issues with our trash can and the mailman not delivering mail. It is not our fault that the trash people leave the trash cans out by the curb, as that is something that we cant control, and alot of us dont get home until 5pm to move our cans. That issue should be taken up between the trash company and you guys about that the trash men should leave the trash cans up on the grass out of the USPS way...you should not deliver someones mail because their trash can is in their way...sometimes, the customer could be waiting on a very important piece of mail like their paycheck, and it is delayed just because the post man did not hop out of his truck to put the mail in our mail box because trash can was in his path. This issue needs to be addressed and handled between the trash company and USPS...not the consumer. It is quite frustrating.

Lost a Very Important Package of Mine. They think they delivered it to the wrong address. I have received little assistance retrieving it. Basically told me Im simply S.O.L, if it doesnt turn up. Im out of the money I spent. Called the company I purchased from liars. Burned that bridge, all because they are unable to follow the address system. If you cant count, I Do Not want you handling my mail. I cant control how online companies send out shipping. But, if you are sending out anything, choose UPS, Fed X, or send it on a Pony, before you trust the post office. I am very unset, and simply disappointed, and they have not a care in the world regarding my lost package, money, and the business relationship I lost over their careless mistake, and inability to count!

My package that was being delivered to me had to be signed off on and I was not home at the time and it was taken back to the post office. I went there the next day to get it. On the card I recieved that was proof that I lived at the location and missed the delivery had the wrong adress on it, and they searched for the package in the post office and could not find it and then told me that they would call me when the driver returned to tell them where it was so i could come get it and they did not call me back. So unprofessional. Luckily I do not need the item ergently.

They delivered a package to my house yesterday and were so lazy they couldnt even bring it to my porch. They wedged it in the mailbox and I couldnt get it out. Had to get a knife and come back out to cut the box open to get out of my mailbox. Thats our tax dollars NOT at work Sent message to Amazon to please stop using USPS because in my area they suck

An important to me package was lost at the PO in NM for a couple weeks, and this local office tracked it, found it, and delivered it asap, in perfect condition. They had also contacted me several times to update me on progress. I sincerely appreciate the above and beyond service!! Thank you!!:)

I had a package go missing after being marked as "Delivered". During the Holidays this can be expected. The staff helped track it down and make sure it was delivered without further delay. Very pleasant to deal with considering the craziness this time of year.

Recieved a "sorry we missed you note" yet there was no knock on the door or ringing of the doorbell. I was home the whole time. Really waited a while to recieve the package, and now have to wait till monday, because of someones laziness.
