Im updating my review... A package of mine was marked as delivered (to individual?) when it had never actually left the facility. Not the first time that haS happened to me. BUT when I went to their office about this, they were quick and effective about fixing this, and I walked out with my package. Their office sometimes has the usual government efficiency of too few workers at the desk to handle the number of people inside. I have had my share of trouble, but when Im face to face with any of their employees, I have always been treated kindly and been given the help I needed. I cant vouch for or against the experiences that other reviewers have left here, but these are how mine have been.

This post office is the worst. Its this one lady that delivers the mail in my area that is so damn lazy. She actually took time out of her day to write on my mail and state that we dont not need to park in front of our mailbox. What type of crap is that... we own our home and have every right to park in front our house. What happened to the delivery people getting out and actually walking up one side and down the other to ensure that you get your mail. Now days they will literally stop and go at every mailbox almost hitting your vehicle just not to make 3 steps. Like wtf... the worst ever...

In the past month I have had 2 packages that have been tracked as delivered, but not actually delivered to my box. The first package mysteriously turned up a week later in an unlocked package lockbox.The 2nd is MIA. In that same month, 4 other packages have been delivered correctly. Thats seems like a little bit more than coincidence considering that both packages were mailed first class from EBay...I may or may not file a formal complaint, but at any rate I am very disappointed at this branch of the USPS!

I paid for next day shipping because I need my car running as soon as possible but the driver doesnt deliver my parts because a neighbors chihuahua is always out and they think its mine. Plus there is a lot of cars on the street and I cant help that they have to step out to deliver it. And its happened several times and Im tired of it. Worst post office around. I want my old driver back. This new lady is lazy!!!

I love this post office Always organize nice people. Smile to you all the time, even for some time they are Tired. Thats the best customer services, for me as a seller they never delay my packages never lost packages with them. I highly recommend this post office. In 13 years selling stuff on Amazon , first time I hear that they send to the wrong house , cos they send to the wrong USPS truck and got my package hold up and dont know where it goes ! Staff was nice till manager come out saying its should delivery to you today anyway on the schedule , its scheduled to delivery on May , 9 or 10 but I went there on May 11 ,

Terrible post office the only lady who is professional here and care about helping others is the white older lady with the short hair. I had the manager tell me I need a lease in order to pick up my mail when Ive picked up mail from this location twice due to full parcel locker I would definitely avoid using this location

This is the worst post office. They always have a line, the workers are slow, they could have 20 people waiting in line and still just 1 person working the front. I always have to wait at least 30 minutes and several times Ive waited an hour. I recommend finding another post office. This one is the worst!

Lived on the same street for 20 years never had a problem with mail being lost or stolen.But today mail was delieverd on the front porch in plain view .mail was small enough to fit in mailbox but the person chose to put in plain sight.50 dollar down the drain.Very disappointed

I had an issue with a delivery and called the local office and the manager apologized and took care of my problem, allowed me to come down after they closed to pick up a package and made sure I was happy. Great service here from the team.
