Awful awful awful customer Service. I went with the package that I already weighed and measured and got a quote on the Internet When I arrived it tripled when I questioned the employee she said Ill try again she did three times very upset with me I asked her to show me how she received this quote she said Im sorry you cant see with your eyes which upset me because I just had eye surgery. I said can you explain why this keeps going up and she said its the balloon payment. I said it doesnt show a balloon payment on the Internet she then tried to take the label off three times because I was wasting her time I asked for a manager three more times which she didnt do finally I said Im asking you to explain the balloon payment you were the US Postal Service She says Im not the US Postal Service Im a daughter of so-and-so I said youre being very rude Im just trying to figure this out she said I am going above and beyond customer service which I said you were going bare minimum you havent told me anything and I had dont see a supervisor she then again proceeds to try to take off the label I said wait until i speak to your manager so she says you can put in a survey but remember one complaint doesnt mean anything Are you kidding me? So she throws that out there to say I can say anything I want to you it doesnt matter. The supervisor finally came listen to the story. She was not tall and had Blue hair?!?! She looked like she was scared of the employee and said well you could put in a survey. I tried to call and like the others it was busy I really hope my packages get there. As I was leaving the employee stated I went above and beyond and I said you did the bare minimum. This one should be closed. Awful awful awful. Finally I called the next day to be told I was lied to, Supervisor was not the blue haired lady. And he did not understand the balloon payment either. AWFUL. They need to close this one. No wonder it was not crowded like the others. It shows.

I have tried to send a certified letter for business purposes 5 times to an address in this zone. The letter never gets there and tracking always ends at this USPS store. After filing cases to investigate 4 times and collecting 4 refunds. I drove to this post office to speak to the manager. The manager said that he had never been notified regarding the 4 investigations and that he would "get to the bottom of this" and call me back tomorrow. I left my number and that has been over a week ago. Still no phone call back which leads me to doubt his honesty regarding the 4 investigations. Worst post office I have dealt with in Tennessee. No consideration for paying customers, no regard for quality service, deceitful manager, and an inability to execute mail delivery services based on my experience.

Absolutely the worst service Ive ever encountered. I have live animals being delivered and finding the right time between work to pick them up is difficult because theyve already delayed shipping and gave me about 10 different answers on when they will be here. The lady at the front counter was so rude I asked for assistance from someone else in front of her. She told me the package "didnt have live animals." And its too bad their phone number never works!! She was supposed to call me when they arrived and didnt.. now they are out for delivery after I delayed going to work to get them! Get it together!!!

They are friendly and helpful but there are never enough people working in this busy post office. And on the Saturdays when they dedicate one of the two people to the 30 minute process of getting passports the wait is endless. Even with the new self service package mailing label machine there is always a line of 5-10 people who have been there a while. I feel bad for the workers who are also victims of understaffing and have to listen to the comments made by the frustrated customers in line. There must be a better way.

Aweful. Went on a weekday and they were 25 minutes late to open, and when the workers finally arrived, they slowly went about opening up there shop while everyone stood in line for them waiting. No apology, no "sorry for the inconvenience," no urgency to correct anything, despite a line of about 20 people waiting. I dont think Ive ever seen a worker there work at anything more than a lackadaisical pace.

The postal inside agent closed the partition in my face telling me they were closed. When I asked what time they closed she told me they had to close early so they could leave by 5PM. I was there at 4:50 PM. Go to Green Hills or ANY other location. Green Hills agents are fun and professional. In Nashville USPS is very efficient and helpful. This location does not represent Nashville or USPS. Sad.

Have tried calling multiple times per day at different times, each time the line is busy. For 4 days straight, not one ring. Every time I have gone in, the staff is very unfriendly. The reason they are "earning" an extra star for this review is because my mailman is extremely personable, friendly, and is the only worker who seems to represent the company well.

It is easier to be the number 10 caller in a contest on a radio station than it is to get through to this post office. Seriously, do they just leave the line off the hook? Ive been trying for an hour with only a busy signal. Dear post office, Please consider getting more phone lines. Sincerely, Everyone.

Based on our experience trying to set up a passport appointment, I wouldnt give them any stars. Both my husband and I have been calling for days. No one answers. I sent a fax. No answer. I am giving two stars because every time Ive gone in, in person, they have been very nice.

This post office in one of the reasons the postal service is having a hard time! The phone is always busy and you have to make an appointment for a passport renewal. How are you suppose to do that when you can not get a hold of them! Signed: Very Frustrated!

I was told that they didnt have the cash on hand to cash a postal money order for $25.00. forced to make appointments for passports when it literally just involves dropping off paperwork. Mailing a package takes longer. Avoid this post office

I love this post office and the people in it. They are friendly, professional and caring. Its business done the old-fashioned way. Im sorry if the cutbacks will hurt any of these wonderful employees.

These people lie cause I was waiting on an order and had been at home all day but they said that they couldnt make a delivery due to no one being home. WOW!!!! You never even came by my home!!!

I would give zero stars, but that is not an option. This place is understaffed and people unmotivated. Mail services should be sourced to FedEx and call it a day!

Terrible experience. Tried to call phone number and received busy signal on over 100 consecutive tries. Someone continually on line or phone left off cradle.
