Never call the Weber USPS. Its a joke the number is even posted online. If you walk in with a problem and are told someone will contact you, its another joke on you. You may feel lucky and be told the postmaster will personally handle your problem and contact you! Yippee! Not! These are things they do just to keep the line moving and you outta the way. And now, yes, my personal worst issue with the Weber station has happened again! Time for new tactics. I was relentless about the problem I had experienced twice before and knew well their routine for pacifying me. (Refer to above) But I knew, in the end, I would get no results. Had to try. It was time to break the cycle of counter people taking my name, number and tracking number with promises of a call! I had had enough and since I already had 2 packages lost? At Weber? I decided to work harder on getting them to help me with package 3. I had been waiting 3 weeks since itvhad "arrived" at Weber. I had been to the station, waiting in line to have my information taken down. Alas...no package. So... I went to that Kokomo Weber USPS station 2 times a day, making sure to catch a different counter person on the same day visits. I continually had my number/name taken down. I was relentless but always pleasant. No need to make them angry so they would not want to help me. (There are very nice counter people at this location, too. I must point this out. Very nice counter postal folks at the Weber starion...just apparently unable to remedy my particular problem...hence the nonstop stack on notes with my information they kept writing up.) But...even with this increased number of visits and pleas for help to find package number 3...and... After a dozen messages being taken by the USPS (and given to..who?? I never found out. But a few counter people hinted the postmaster would get them). Despite that many notes taken about my problem, I never got a single call!! Even promises of the Postmaster contacting me meant no calls! Now what?? I decided to continue my visits. I did get to know several of the counter employees well. But that did not help me solve my problem. (The problem? Tracking indicated my paid packages, all 3, had arrived at that Weber station. But they never came to my residence, the next step in the tracking sequence. I even had my senders check my address used and it was correct every time. There must be a black hole at the Weber station...scary. ⚫

I went to the post office today with a passport application for our 1 year old daughter. It is recommended that both parents show up at the post office with the child to apply for the passport, however according to the National Passport Center, if one parent is not available, then the application must be accompanied by a notarized, signed Form DS-3053 from the parent that is not applying with the minor. My wife and I work opposite shifts, and with the hours the post office is open for passport applications it is not possible for us to go without one of us taking time off work, so my wife got that DS 3053 filled out and notarized, so I could go to the post office by myself. Well...I got there and apparently not everybody at the post office can take care of passport applications, so I was waiting for a while for someone who could do the passport applications. But I told Dave, that I had to apply for a passport for my baby girl, and he goes "where is the mother?" Well she is at work, but I have a notarized statement from her like the instructions say if only one parent can show up. But according to Dave it is not possible for just one parent to apply for a passport for a minor...even if you have the notarized DS 3053, so he wouldnt process the application...because my wife working was not reason enough for not showing up at the post office, and they had been trained not to process the applications without both parents there. I was so mad when I left, so when I got out in my car I called the National Passport Center, and they verified that with the notarized DS 3053 then he should accept and process the passport application. So I drove to the Clerks office in Peru instead and they did not have any issues taking the passport application, so apparently the guy at the post office had no idea about the rules from the Passport Center.

Inefficient fraud.. I get it when the mail cannot make it around due to weather. But, if you cant make it around you dont make the tracking status to say "Notice left" as if I was negligent. I get my ears burned off and its just plain fraud. Aside of that.. How you can mix up E & W where a street is concerned is beyond me.

This is the third time in the last two months that my mail I put in my mailbox to be picked up and delivered has NOT been delivered. Its really frustrated that my bills show up late or in my case lately not showing up at all. I have been trying to reach the post office for the last hour with a busy signal.

Horrible!! I get a call at 10 am regarding my livestock saying it arrived and would I like it delivered? Sure I dont live in town 3 hours later no chicks...Worst service ever!!! And they will owe me if ANYTHING! is wrong with my chicks Worst Post Office Ive ever dealt with!!!!

Why is it that no one answers at either Kokomo post office? Been trying for hours to call and the Sycamore office just rings forever, while the Webster office gives a tone like the phone is off the hook, a fast busy signal. Thanks for the help USPS!!!!

Absolute pleasant experience every visit. I ship out packages daily and have never been disappointed. According to past reviews, this Post Office has a bad reputation, but I havent had a single bad experience. 400+ visits easily. Not a single problem.

I always take in my post to be delivered.. but any time I call it just rings forever. Kind of hard to be 100% happy when you cant talk to anyone.
