Possibly the worst customer experience I have other had, Would not give any stars, but it forces me to give 1. Had a package returned undeliverable, even though my forward was not supposed to start until 3 days later, and we werre at home at the address with a moving sale, the entire day that they said the package was undeliverable. we tracked the package online, a few days later, and it said it was undeliverable, called this post office, and after waiting 35 minutes to talk to someone, was told it was sent to detroit, would be re-sorted and forwarded to our address, and would take about a week,. a week later and still no updates on package, so called this post office again and was told by someone that we didnt have a forward on file and didnt know where package was, I informed her that I am showing the forward right on my phone, said she couldnt find it, and that package was probably sent to detroit. Now after 3 weeks I decide to go into this post office to see if it could get sorted out, BIG MISTAKE, Explained to the single clerk working their my issue, and gave tracking#, and he went to check on status, after a few minutes, he comes back and says the package was shipped to detroit, and will be forwarded, and that takes about a week, I say it has been 3, does he know the status of pkg in detroit, and he says no, he wouldnt know that information, so I go to a Supervisor next, Tell the supervisor same thing, she disappears for about 5-10 minutes and tells me the same thing, I ask if she can find out the status of it in detroit, and in a voice that shows she really could care less, she says no, my phone is on the counter, and I ask her if she could please check on the package as it was the Post Offices fault for this dilemma, I tell her it is since the forward didnt take affect until 3 days after the package was "supposedly undeliverable" at our old address, even though we were still living there. I went to show her the proof of the forward dates, and she angily told me to Put my phone away, I then said since its the post office fault can they , and before I could even finish asking them to check or call detroit on the package, she told me It wasnt there fault and I needed to leave, and then later threatened to call police on me, when I wouldnt leave and asked for district managers phone# and when I was doing this other supervisor was cracking jokes about me to clerk at front desk, completely unprofessional and worst customer experience I have ever had. Care nothing about customers. If a private business treated customers like this, and had their accountability they would be out of business in no time

Awful, I waited to pick up a package they were holding because they chose not to attempt delivery. As I was standing there waiting for her to get my package I watched her carry on a conversation with another employee instead of getting me my package. I asked the 2nd guy that was at the desk if she was going to look for my package or continue to talk to her friend in back. He went to tell her about my complaint and she grapped what she thought was my package right off the shelf in front of her. Made several rude comments to me because I called her out. I signed and she handed me the package, I got to my car and it most certainly was not my package. She even looked at my ID and neither of the names on the package were mine. I went back in to tell her and she asked again for my ID. She went to the back again to look and after about 10 minutes she came back to tell me they dont have it, she doesnt know where it is. This is 3 days after I got the notice that it was being held at this office. So now I have no idea where my package is, and I have to rely on the people who lost it to try to find it again. The gentleman at the desk was kind, the women are very rude. I have never seen such laziness in my life.

I doubly agree with all of the the poor reviews. This location USED to be class-A. NOT ANY MORE. For now on I use a different location. The last time I sent a parcel it was International, and had no issues. Package received by overseas customer within 5 days. This was back in July. This time I was shipping national (priority), and older lady clerk (didnt catch the name) insists the parcel wasnt properly labeled nor sealed. Excuse me but it was in a standard Priority box.... With a printed, set label.... This woman hands me over a pair of scissors to redo the parcel correctly, and I then ask for the mailing tape. She now says, They dont do that. However, I can BUY a roll of mailing tape. Excuse me? Since when did they start charging for simple package reinforcement? I informed the woman that when I was in 2 months ago, the clerk simply handed me the tape dispenser. She replied rudely, that she wasnt there, then - sorry, she couldnt help me. Basically I either buy the mailing tape - which I have at home, or take my package to another location. This place as literally gone to poo. Amazed they are still in operation.

It was horrible. I had waited two days to recieve my package and i still havent recieved it. First time it was delivered to my address but didnt get my package, they said it didnt have a secure location. Went to the post office next day an they said postman was re delivering, he didnt even deliver it, saw the tracking shipment it stated that my address wasnt deliverable. I dont know how thats even possible if all the information was correct before i had it sent out an when i had to give it to USPS to track my package. I will never go to this place again or have any of my packages sent out to there. Worst service ever! They werent even being helpful or were able to hold my package for me to pick it up next day, they instead had it sent back to seller. I was never given a notice about my package or where it was even at, i had to call USPS an view my tracking statement.

This the WORST post office I have ever had to deal with! The people are so rude and its very clear they do not want to do their jobs. They are not willing to offer any help. My most recent issue with them was this: I was trying to track a package. Online it say to create an account and you will be able to track packages without a tracking number. I created an account. It then told me that I had to verify my identity by going into my post office. I called the post office to ask them for help in tracking the package. His reply was there is no way to track a package without a tracking number. I told him it clearly states online that this is one of the benefits of having an online account. He said he has never heard of this before. He did not offer to ask anyone else or point me in another direction. He also told me they dont verify identities. ??????
