With guaranteed solutions, its refreshing knowing the company is willing to back up their products and services with their customers complete satisfaction in mind. These people are just beyond rude. They call the fake wig or fake hair as the natural hair which was just stupid. They didnt give me complete information regarding my hair problem and when I had to cancel the service it took me more than a month to get my deposit back. I had to deal with credit card company. Their manager doesnt have any manner to talk. This place is just trash.

They have worked around my schedule and always found an opening when I had to make a change. I have to travel over 2 hours one way to get to the Hair Club in Indianapolis, IN. but I do it because the people there are kind, caring and friendly. Not to mention what a wonderful job Mollie does with my hair. She listens to my suggestions and makes good suggestion to me. I love going there but would be really happy if the Hair Club would open a branch nearer to my home.

I would highly recommend Hair Club for Kids In Indianapolis, IN. They are the most caring group of people. They have made my daughter feel very comfortable about her hair loss.
