the review written by j_mer22 is absolutely correct. My stylist used to be Natalie Hummer and she is used to give me a good hair cut every time. Once she left there was no one who is professional enough or i should say eligible to give a good haircut. I went twice and made a fool out of my self. Had a worst haircut of my life last time. The hair stylist name was Brenda and i am not sure how she managed to get her license...she cant even cut hair properly. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE place. I miss Natalie Hummer and because of her i used to visit this store previously. And once she left I didnt find anyone who is capable to give a good haircut. NEVER ever visit this Great Clips. They should rename this store to "WORST CLIPS".

Jasmyne Monroe

Jasmyne gave me a great cut! In the past i had always gone to the great clips by the Kroger on 116th, but due to a bad experience there i decided to try another one, a friend of mine recommended i go to the great clips by the Roost and i have to say i got a great cut! The stylist i had was very professional and really understood exactly what i wanted. Jasmyne also helped me problem solve on some hair issues which are now thanks to her taken care of. It can be very tricky finding a stylist that you feel comfortable with and understands exactly what you want and is able to give you just that. I would definitely recommend going to see jasmyne.

Apparently there are some bad reviews and yes every salon has a few bad apples, but I will say I have heard from other customers and seen first hand that the rotation of girls has changed quite a bit and the girls here currently are awesome always very professional, very friendly, and give a great haircut every time. The new location next to Kroger and Krav is very nice, clean and updated under new management as of May, great clips is always more than happy to make up for their mistakes and make it right when they need to! Give this locally owned store a chance!

Starla is the one to go to now. Ive experienced the same thing as the other reviewers when trying to find a new stylist. Now Ive found one and I hope she stays there for awhile. She not only knows how to give a good haircut, but she does exactly what you ask. If you want 1/4 inch cut off, thats all that comes off. She doesnt cut the 1/4" off then keep evening it out until theres at least 1/2 inch gone. Thats always been my experience. Starla is a keeper! .. Bette

The stylists there are always friendly and sweet. The store is clean and looks very nice. I would highly recommend coming here and seeing any of the stylists!! I dont go anywhere else to get my hair cut, and I live about 45 minutes away!

You get what you pay for. A piece of garbage haircut. Second time in a row coming here. Second time being displeased. Not worth it ever again. Cant cut hair.
