There was an older lady with blonde hair that was VERY RUDE. Customer service should be #1 in any business. She told me to move you and that was in the way of the vacuum so I apologized and moved so she could access the vacuum then she proceeded to tell me that I could not stand in that spot . Keep in mind I was standing beside my boyfriend while he was getting his hair cut not sitting in any of the cutting chairs or anything. I feel like she could have been much more polite and I will NOT BE BACK.

The worst Sport Clips Ive ever been to. I live close to this one but will never go back. The last girl who cut my hair couldnt have cared less about the quality of her work. I look like I cut my own hair in the dark! When she washed my hair she used ice cold water. When it came time for my massage, I told her not to worry about it. I knew it would not have been relaxing and her just going through the motions. I will be driving the extra distance to go to the one by The Avenue from now on.

Im only giving them 5 stars so people see this but apparently they are the only business that cant obey the law that doesnt allow them to deny service dogs. My boyfriends dog is a service dog, registered, with an ID and vest and they did not allow the dog in.
