Today I went to great Clips to get my mothers hair cut. We got there a little before open and waited outside till 9am...opening time. Well no one ever opened the store. I called the store at 10 after 9 and a lady answers I thought maybe they forgot to turn on sign. Nope the lady says they are not open and she has no idea when they will be open. I have been bringing my mom and son to this store for quite some time now and almost always have exceptional service but today really blew my mind. I cant believe that a business would tell someone they have no idea when they are going to open 10 minutes past their posted hours on the door. I hope you get your stores act together because thats a way to lose long standing customers really fast. Well I called the number that was posted but no one ever called me . Its been 2 weeks since I last tried taking my mom to your radcliff store . Tomorrow Im going to try again and hopefully not only will the store open on time maybe I can find out what was happening 2 weeks ago when we last were there.

I told the woman that was working I DIDNT want straight across cut layers and thats what I got. When she was done she shook my hair and rushed me out didnt even style it . I didnt notice till I was almost home that she completely messed up my hair my long hair that now has a straight thick layer at the top of my head. I will never take me or my children back there. Too busy rushing around for lunch breaks and talking about where to take their work vacation next. This review site wont let me post pictures this is by far one of the worst cuts Ive ever had and Ive had some pretty bad cuts . I now have to cut all my beautiful hair off to fix this mistake. Fml And shame on her for letting me walk out of the salon knowing she messed up.
