Ive been ordering the 3 bundle special twice a year since 2014 - Brazilian Body Wave. Ive loved the hair so much that Ive recommended it to hair stylists, makeup artists, co-workers, strangers, you name it; Ive been an advocate for Her Hair Company. My last order back in October 2016 I decided to try a different type of hair because I still have my previous bundle from years past and just wanted something new. I ordered 3 bundles of Brazilian Wavy and when I received my package it was immediately obvious the difference in the texture, wefts, the unevenness of the hair on each track, the excessive gray hair strands, the shedding, and its overall quality. But I got it installed hoping for the best, took it out and threw it away within 30 days. The shedding was unbearable and the frizziness made my hair look very cheap and tacky. This was the first time I was disappointed but I chalked it up to being a bad batch and decided against leaving a bad review. This time around I was apprehensive to order but decided to order my usual 3 bundles of Brazilian Body Wave. I got it over this past weekend and needless to say I am VERY angry and disappointed. It is the exact same texture and mess as my previous order! In the past I never had to use all 3 bundles in one install; I used all 3 bundles its still thin! I am completely disappointed and will not be ordering from Her Hair Company in the future. I dont know if its a new distributor or what but the quality has gone completely down. I will no longer recommend this company which is too bad because now I must search for a new vendor with quality hair that Her Hair Company USED to have. -signed a VERY DISAPPOINTED ex-customer

I am a Her Hair company Girl! I love this hair I ve been wearing this hair for a little over a year now and I must say so far so good. I ve purchased the wavy and straight hair and I am addicted. The one thing I must say to all that see this review is: The hair that I have bought from my very first purchase I still use today! The quality is the best I ve ever had the hair is soft manageable and it gets better with time as long as you take care of it. I have not experienced any shedding or dryness. I wash the hair and it bounces right back every time. The quality of this hair is awesome for the price. I have no cons to tell you in this review its all good! If you want good hair for your money go with Her Hair company. PS I was not paid for this review and I am a real person who works hard and expects a good product for my money. I see some reviews that say a lot of negative things and I will not say its not true. However no company is perfect and the truth is sometimes you will encounter a bad batch of hair or a day when the customer service may be having a bad day its part of the game guys lets be real. Remember its hair it will shed and tangle thats what hair does. You have to take care of it just as you take care of the hair that grows from your head.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS. DO NOT PAY FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING!!! Two day shipping for this company is a scam. Their products can take up to 3-4 days to process, but two day shipping will still be advertised for them. Then after the two day period has passed and you call and ask about the status of your product, they tell you the processing period is not accounted for in the 2 day shipping!!! Then WHY ALLOW ME THE OPTION TO PAY FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING ON A PRODUCT THAT CAN NOT BE SHIPPED IN 2 DAYS?! I do know that they tell you the processing time for products, and mine said 24-48 hours- the last time I checked, 48 hours did not equate to 3 days. Not to mention, they dont do order cancellations. What company DOESNT do order cancellations? All in all, their customer service is atrocious, and their hair isnt that good either. MUCH BETTER quality can be found for similar prices elsewhere. The experiences myself and others I know have had with this company has me refusing to ever do business with them again. The hair isnt worth the headache. TAKE YOUR MONEY, TIME AND EFFORT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Her Hair Company is the best Hair investment I have made in life thus Far! And thats saying something Because I am obsessed with hair! Everything from the Quality of the hair to the Direct customer service, to the fast shipping to the thoughtful washing instructions included in every package! unbelievably amazing! There bundle deals make investing even that more affordable! I will admit though that I dont have to buy from them as often as I would love, because, the Durabilty of the hair is unreal. I swear I only have to purchase hair from HHC, once a year! And I will literally take it out, wash it,and reinstall it and I get compliments all year long! Wash it and it bounces back like new! Luster and texture Like new! The Top Selling Brazilian Straight is my all time Fav, and I would recommend it to anyone,any day! I always snatch a lace closure with by bundle deal! They are alway so luxurious and easy to install! Though I do wish they offered Frontal closures

Im not sure how anyone could give a bad review on this hair. I purchased the Brazilian straight and it is SO beautiful. If you dont cut the wefts, the hair WILL NOT shed. If you do, there may be minimal shedding. This hair texture is so silky and when I curl my hair with a flat iron, it lasts FOR DAYS (despite it being straight hair). I love this company and the hair. They were so so sweet when I called (I called with a pleasant attitude) and they shipped my hair priority after i inquired about my order. It took about 12 days for my hair to arrive so exercise patience because you wont find better hair at this price. I do hair and have handled many vendors, this hair outshines even the more expensive brands that Ive tried. I plan on buying an additional 2 bundles for addded fullness due to the length of the hair. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received from her hair. I placed my order on Feb 9 and paid for the 1-5 day shipping. After waiting and checking my order status I received an email around Thursday saying there is a delay on their body wave orders but my order would be shipped out the following Wednesday and they would send out my tracking# and next day my order. I then received a call from the supervisor the next day saying the same thing but once they get in the body wave theyll send out the priority first (ppl whos been waiting the longest) well I guess I wasnt a priority bc here it is 2/20 and Im still waiting! They have shipped my order but dud not next day it like they said they would and Im really upset. Nor did they offer me anything for waiting this long! Had I known there was a delay in body wave I wouldve ordered from someone else! Wont order from here again!
