This was my last visit to Aqua Bella. I hate to say it because I have built a relationship overtime with a few of their stylists. Unfortunately, today I just had enough. I am sick of hair stylists at this salon telling me that they cant work with my hair. I have gone to other salons and they will gladly work with my hair (WITHOUT BLEACH). Whenever I ask if we can go lighter, they adopt a pompous, unaccommodating tone. They arent willing to spend the time on my hair nor resources. They just shoot me down with "You wouldnt want to do bleach". Oh, Im so glad you went to night school to be a psychologist too. How do you know I dont want to do bleach? I go to an upscale salon in Green Hills and they will do it for me, without bleach, for $300. And guess what!?!? Ill PAY THEM!!! I was disgusted when I came home from my visit to see that my stylist had let me go home with dye on my face. Not only on the sides, but on my cheek. She was rushed, condescending, and just interested in getting my hair done. She wasnt about making me feel beautiful. And to top it off, the price was outrageous. Over $100 for highlights!? Ok, see ya. At that rate, I would rather pay $300 to go to a classy, high end salon and get what I want. Honestly, I shouldnt be surprised. This was a long time coming; there were signs. A few months back, I got my hair dyed bright ORANGE but was still charged to get it fixed (much like the people are saying in other reviews). Makes me question the integrity of those who run this place. They are after your money and arent interested in building relationships with customers. FYI- Im using my middle name, which I didnt tell you. And I got married- which I didnt tell you. Just wanted to let you know since I know cocky business owners/managers who suck at their job like to say "we dont have anyone in the system with your name" as a way to deflect from the real issue. TOODLES! Wont miss ya!

I am new to the area and didnt know where to get my hair done. Unfortunately, after the first couple times at Aquabella, the quality dropped significantly. I tried another stylist after the last time being disappointed in the color (even after going back and having it "fixed") in hopes I could stay close to home. Basically the same thing happened. My hair was nothing like the picture I brought, and I felt extremely uncomfortable and almost bullied. I was able to have another girl add some low lights today (a week later) since I paid $140 before tip and didnt want to waste more money at another salon having it fixed. My hair still doesnt look anything like the picture, but I wasnt made to pay an additional fee for todays service, so theres that... So bummed. :/

I was looking for a new stylist near my office and I went to Aquabella...where Id had great mani-pedis from April (go see her!). I called at the last minute and was able to get in with Jamie. She listened to what I wanted and absolutely heard me! One mark of a good stylist is the ability to do a good cut quickly, and thats exactly what Jamie did. Layers arent the easiest, and a bad stylist can mess them up. Jamie did a great job on my new haircut and I absolutely love it. Got back to the office and everyone else loved it too! Aquabella is a great salon and day spa with a huge menu of services from facials and massage, hair, nails...they do it all. Lovely place with really nice people! I highly recommend them!!!

My brother bought me a whole spa package at Aqua Bella and I finally went today and had my spa day. From the time I called to book the appointment until the moment I left I had an amazing day. All of my services (massage, facial, nails and hair cut with lunch included) were done extremely well and I was treated amazing all day. Everyone that helped me knew I was there to relax and made it just that much easier to kick back and get pampered. I will go back not only because I looked and felt amazing when I left there but because I loved each and every employee that worked there and feel like I spent the day with friends!

I went with my mom and sister to have a fun time getting our nails done. I had resheeka and she butcherd my hands. She cut my cuticles so far back that my fingers hurt now just sitting here. She cut the skin on my thumb while she was cutting my nail, not even sure how that is possible. She left for 25 min while I sat there waiting on her. My mom and sister were almost finished by the time she got started on me. I will NEVER go back there again! If I could give a negative star I would. That was the worst experience I have ever had! Resheeka should be working at McDonalds, not a spa!!!

Great Salon & Day Spa in Mount Juliet Tennessee. Whether youre looking for just a haircut or a full day of pampering, Aqua Bella Day Spa is the right choice. Over the years, my whole family has been here quite a number of times. Weve always received expert services from the friendly staff. When my girls were younger, we even had a birthday party here. Lisia, the owner, and all of her team made my girls and Friends feel like pampered princesses for the day.

I have been here several times. The first couple times I had a good experience. The third time I was very disappointed with my haircut. I went to get it fixed and was charged for an entire second haircut. The owner was the one who cut my hair the third (and subsequent fourth time) and didnt think twice about charging me double just for adding layers- no shampoo no drying no styling. Not going back. No way to treat a potential loyal customer

So disappointed. After reading the great reviews, I was excited to have my hair done here. I got a very young girl, who, even after two tries colored my hair a dull brown instead of the auburn I requested. She was very sweet, but sweet doesnt fix my hair! She realized how disappointed I was, and still charged $139 suggesting I see someone else to have them "fix it for me". I feel like I just wasted 5 hours and $140.

If I had written this review a week ago, it may have been different, but that was before Lisa! My hair was super damaged and very unhappy, so I decided to cut it all of and start over. She made me look amazing and I feel beautiful every time I look at my super short hair...I never thought THAT was possible! She is amazing and I am looking forward to my next appointment :)

Had my hair cut and colored by Ashley and LOVE it!! She knows blondes and what we like. I also asked her opinion on something different for the Spring, a new cut, and she consulted with me to give me something that looks great! Had to post since everyone is complimenting me on how great it looks, thanks again Ashley!

I cannot begin to express how happy and satisfied with the job that Kelsey did on my hair. It was a train wreck, and she made it look exactly like I expected. First time there, but will be going back to her FOR SURE! I HIGHLY recommend this salon, professional, courteous, and they know their stuff!!!!
