I will most likely never return to this particular salon, and if I do, I will be sure to ask for someone other than Sommer. I had pictures right after (which I was late for after returning home to fix the haircut I received) and didnt have time to do it myself, but apparently I should have. Ive never come home from a salon and had to fix the terrible job theyve done. I asked for #3 on the sides and #4 on top, as well as a lineup on my beard. She rushed through it in about 5 minutes while only using one hand the entire time whilst the other rested on her hip. The underneath of my beard was more wavy than beach water. My ears were not level, nor were they rounded, there were zigzags at the tops of my ears. Even the top of my beard along the jaw line wasnt level. Either shes related to Ray Charles, or lives an illusion, because I walked out of there looking like Riff Raff. Also I was charged $18 for this hack job that left me appearing to have fought with a chainsaw.. Save your money and go to SmartStyles in Wal-Mart..

This is the best place to get your haircut by a long shot! I was professionally greeted the minute I walked through the door. The wait time was less than 5 minutes and I watched watched sports while I waited! I received their MVP service which included a hot, steamed towel and a massaging shampoo which was awesome! A perfect haircut and a shoulder massage was part of the service and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality service that you receive. I will never go to one of the cheap, get you in the chair - get you out the chair shops again. Sport Clips Kokomo has the best haircut service!

I took my 5 year old son here because he wanted to go where the boys get their hair cut. We have been a couple times and had great service with the staff. However, on his last visit, he left with 2 cut marks on the back of his neck as well as a small cut on his ear. His haircut was not good at all. I could of done that at home. He was disappointed that he didnt get his massage either. Not sure we will be returning. Not impressed with the girl who cut his hair!

Since it was my first visit, they let me do the triple play at no added cost. It was superb. The wait was long, but the service was worth it. I will continue to pay the premium price for the triple play every time I return.

Brought my bf and brother here. Both left with exactly the hair cut they were looking for, the staff is very nice and seemed to know exactly what they are doing. Note they do tend to get busy later in the day esp on weekends.

The Sport Clips - Kokomo team is the best around. I prefer Jaclynn and Kayla, but every one of the ladies there give an excellent haircut. If this place ever closes Im in trouble because I wont get my haircut anywhere else.
