I had long hair and went in for a simple trim. 4" later and with hair 2" shorter on one side. God what a mess! Looked like a 5 yr old had cut my hair. I didnt realize what had happened until hairdresser was referring to herself as Edward Scissorhands. I was so upset and manager was not at all sympathetic. 1st and last time going to this place.

Been here a few times with reasonable results. But the last visit was the last ever for me. Ruined my hair style completely. Dont wait to hear properly what the customer wants. Ended up with half my a third of my head trimmed to a 4 razor. Ridiculous! Absolutely gutted. Hope my hair grows back in a month in time for a very important event.

We went there on a Saturday and they were quite busy. I was glad that I had checked in on-line so my wait time (total of 30 minutes) was not that long while I was in the actual waiting area. My daughters hair was cut to her satisfaction. The beautician was quite friendly and complimentary.

These gals are very good at what they do. I had a significant roll over traffic accident a few years back and Holly can deal with scars...lots of scars. Use the call ahead service it is very helpful.

I have been here twice. I left twice with very disappointing cuts. The staff are all nice and friendly, however the stylists seemed to put no effort towards the cut I wanted.
