Took my daughter her last night 11/30/16 She showed (Sarah) the stylist a photo of the side bangs(left side swoop) she wanted. Sarah looked at the photo and with her first cut hacked my daughters bangs crooked the shortest bang on the right side then going longer towards the left side with shorter chunks on the far left. I saw this and asked wth did she do? My daughter was bawling saying omg, omg momma what am I gonna do now? Sarah said she wasnt going to charge me... I wasnt gonna pay for that anyway I told her! She acted like it was no big deal and her attitude and no compassion for my crying daughter really ticked me off! I asked her to call her manager (Dotti) I spoke to her told her what happened asked if her stylist could send her photos of my daughters hack job, she said yes. Well Sarah tried using hair from the back and side to cover up the hack job and send those photos. The manager apologized and said Sarah was there because they were short handed and asked if my daughters hair grows in fast :/ wow really? I tried to fix it best as i could, i made the rest of her bangs the same length as the short hacked bangs Sarah cut. Any woman knows how important it is for a little girl to have her hair look good, in todays world people can be harsh and kids can bully. My daughter cried this morning begging me not to go to school. She had to go, I tried building up her confidence. Told her she was beautiful no matter what her hair cut looks like. That didnt help her. Shame on you Sarah, shame on your poor attitude, shame on you for being so rude and heartless to my crying daughter.

Im really disappointed, I didnt have high expectations but everything was bad. First I was told there were four people a head of me, then a fifth person was put before me. I wasnt terribly upset over that but it was aggravating. Then I get a woman who didnt listen to what I said and cut off well over what I had asked and most of it isnt even. One thing I can over-look but when its happening that often in one visit its hard to ignore. I wont be going back.

I sat for 30 plus minutes while Olga took someone who came in after me and the other two helped another woman who came in after me. Dottie took a personal phone call on her cell phone and Bea, who I was told by Olga would be right with me, grabbed her stuff and left.

Great staff. Now they take appointments over the phone which is nice so you know whats your wait. My personal favorite stylist is Olga. She will give you a fresh clean cut.

Nice staff and low prices. It is a walk in only place as they do not take reservations unless it is a longer job like highlights.
