Applause, applause, to my wonderful stylist and owner of QVD, who is an expert in her field along with great leadership skills. Quinn has been a great support and problem solver in dealing with my allergic reaction to hair color over the last 1 ½ years. Quinn was 100% involved in the problem solving activity and a great Hope to finding a solution. She introduced me to various products in search of a solution. Through this process, we found I appear to be allergic to the chemical hair developer. She switch to a non-chemical developer and we have practically eliminated 90% of the reaction. This product has also held its color, even with the large amount of gray I have to cover. Quinn was fully committed to finding a solution and her care continued outside the salon with frequent contact to see how my experience went after a hair treatment. I can’t thank her enough for her willingness to find a solution and caring about me and my symptoms. Please know you are in great hands at her beautiful salon. She and her team are committed to customer satisfaction and do everything possible to make sure you have an excellent experience with the service you received. I love the atmosphere of this cute little unique salon. Everyone is so welcoming and nice. I followed Brianna Bedolla from cosmetology school and she has always made me happy with Everyhing. Its great to have someone put up with my indecisiveness and be patient with me as well! 11/10 recommend. You wont be disappointed.

Waited 45 minutes for an appointment and my fault because I had a time crunch. Walked out with nothing done to my hair. Costumer service definitely lacking or some miss communication ... Now I have to wait a week and 1/2 before my next appointment not sure its worth it. Very frustrating experience.
