Took my grandson for haircut. Lady ask if like usual #3 on sides and back#4 on top, scissor cut bangs and spiked up.Yes. She proceeded to do #3 on entire head no bangs or spiked. How hard can it be to follow instructions. She knew I was not satisfied, never offered an apology NOTHING. Never said a word. Wont be back
