I went in and asked for an angled bob haircut. I even showed the stylist a picture of how I wanted it done. She cut my hair straight across above my jawline. She clearly had no idea what she was doing. Other than the total mess up on my hair, their stations are disgusting and unsanitary. The floor is covered in hair and their tools arent cleaned. They always have problems with their staff. I listen to them gossip with each other about them canceling on people after theyve showed up to get something done. I will never go there again. Ill pay more for a professional hairstylist who actually learned something in school.

If there was an option for NO star, Id pick it. My daughter came in with a picture and left looking like a boy. The hairdresser never apologized for screwing up as she sat crying. Obviously this girl needs alot more training or a different type of job. As a health-care professional, it would be like me saying I removed all your teeth when you came in for a cleaning. This place is a joke and I would NOT recommend it.

Ive taken my kids in here for hair cuts on several occasions and never once had any issues the ladies are so kind and they get the job done. There is one girl that looks as though she is angry and doesnt like her job I refuse to go to her, maybe she is the one that has screwed up everyones hair in the above reveiws?! Not sure, but the ladies I have came across ha e done AMAZING!!!

Wont be back EVER!! Apparently knowing the difference between and trim and a butch job on a beard "trim" is lost on them, ugh super pissed! My husband has been growing out his beard for year and a half since he left the military and you screwed it up royally, TRIM ends means TRIM IT not cut it off.

If you want to save money, and not really particular about your haircut, this can be a good option. However, every hairdresser is different and you can expect your haircut to be completely different every time. I would recommend visiting them close to the closing time when its not too crowded.

Not very good, they have timed haircuts like 10 mins so they dont really care about the quality! I am a hairstylist so i definately know. You have to find someone who cares about the cut, not the amount of time youre there. Some of them may be good but tbis is from my own experience

My daughter had surgery and it was hard to get her in a tub to wash her hair they were more than glad to help me get in and get her hair washed

This place cuts hair good or bad you get what you get and at the end of your time spent your head will be lighter as your hair will be shorter.
