As with all big name haircut businesses, it really depends on when you arrive and who is servicing you. Great Clips is no exception. Ive been here many times and sometimes I feel great when I leave and sometimes only so so. I am mostly happy with the service I have received. Some things to note: You can use their phone app to check-ins, which usually cuts down the wait time, but you cannot call ahead for an appointment. If you try to do this you will be asked to use their app. Also if you have someone that you prefer to cut your hair there, you must ask in person, for there is no option on the app.

I dont remember the girls name but after a week I still love what she did! I am one who is never happy with my results of a cut since they never seem to understand what I want. She got it perfect!
